The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The location is excellent! Very close to different restaurants. The pillows were flat. The shower curtain is not long enough, so the water leaks all over the floor. No parking on site, but their is a parking garage down the street.

Location was great and the room was decently clean and usable. Staff was neither friendly nor unfriendly. But room was quiet and cleaning crew was nice so that was good enough for us.

Rooms were small…but it’s NY CITY. Clean. Parking is offsite half a block away….but it’s NY City. You have to pay extra. For parking…but it’s NY CITY. Location great right by Empire State Building out the window. You have to pay for your own breakfast…but it’s NY CITY. The breakfast that you pay a lot for is just ok…not bad , not good but it’s better tasting than free breakfasts at most hotels. Or better be since you pay an arm and a leg for it! So given that it is NY City and given the price I paid (a lot …but a lot less than rivals down the street and throughout manhattan), it was a good deal. Oh…beds and pillows were comfy. Room had a safe but no microwave etc.

The location was a great for a concert at MSG. Renovations were taking place outside.

Very clean. Beds were ok. The worst part was the first day. All elevators were down. Then they fixed one and then there was a long line to be able to use it. I paid for breakfast but then items were too limited. If I have known a would have not paid for it.
