Good spot. Good shower pressure and shampoo and soap provided did not dry out skin like most other hotels I’ve stayed at.

Elevators broke down multiple times. We even got stuck in one for almost an hour. There were also bugs in the bathroom overall not a great stay. However the hotel is in a prime location to access everything within the city.

The elevators were small and it took a long time to be able to get one due to the fact that the world cup was in town and the pride parade making the elevators very full. For breakfast, we only had coffee and it was $5.00 and terrible. The bar was just ok. I only took a glass of not so good wine to my room and there was nothing to mix a vodka drink with that was acceptable. The snacks were outrageous! $51.00 for two small bottles of water, one small oj and two chips. So better save your money although I do think they upped all the prices due to the world cup as I stayed in a much better hotel around the corner last year, same time, and it was not that expensive.

Central location. Clean room. Nice staff. Walking distance to points of attraction. Before we went we read some negative reviews about the elevators being slow, but we felt they were alright. It was a pleasant stay for the family.

The location was perfect.

The gym is small but mostly unused, the king size bed was somehow 6” shorter than usual.

We found this to be a great option for our family. It was rather a no frills option- but the hotel was well located, and we even had a small view of the Empire State Building out of the window. We didn’t try the restaurant at all. The cold water in the lobby was very welcome after a hot day out.

The staff was amazing! There was a lot going on that weekend with the Knicks winning and the world cup going on. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Staying on the 27th floor - the very top in the penthouse - felt like a dream. Waking up to a view of the Empire State Building was unforgettable. The room itself was spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor patio quickly became my favorite spot. I loved sitting out there until nightfall, watching the city lights flicker on. The concierge team was wonderful as well; he handled our luggage with care, arranged our airport transport seamlessly, and those cookies he offered were absolutely delicious. A fantastic stay from start to finish and a great send off before our flight back to Auckland.

The hallways and rooms were smaller but not unclean or unkempt. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful during our stay

Pros: Fantastic Location: Right in the heart of Chelsea! There are two great neighborhood delis right around the corner, plus tons of excellent restaurants and transit stations nearby, making it incredibly easy to get around. Good Value: For the price and the prime location, it is a solid deal for a New York City stay. Cons: Room Amenities: The in-room mini-fridge didn't get super cold, and the ice makers in the hotel weren't very good. Tech Issues: The Smart TV was incredibly slow, and the built-in apps functioned poorly. Noise Levels: The room's AC unit could get quite loud, and a lot of hallway noise carries into the room. Tip: I highly recommend packing a white noise machine. Overall: The staff helpfulness and overall cleanliness were perfectly average (solid 3/5). While the room tech and appliances could definitely use an upgrade, you really can’t beat the price and the convenience of the neighborhood. I would stay here again for the location alone!

Clean room, easy access to everything, plus usually has no issue if you need to extend check out by an hour! Water did stop working the morning we were checking out. Apparently it was building wide and staff was aware, thankfully we had already showered etc. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved the location and staff. I really have no complaints. Loved the cookies too.

Great location, friendly staff
-
The location was ideal, close to MSG and the train station, pharmacy, places to eat. The staff were extremely accommodating and ready to assist in any way. I enjoyed my time at the property.

Good location, but not in the thick of Chelsea (wish I knew that). Close to subway. Staff was very friendly! Room was not fully clean (floors around bed had a weird white substance on one side), but maid service did come in daily to make the bed and empty trash. Elevators are tiny, dingy and not reliable. On the last day, they were servicing one of them. Lobby is tiny and cramped. Outdoor patio area was nice and great to sit in. Overall, a decent stay for the price.
