When I booked the room it looked spacious and cool. What I got was smaller than a dorm room. Very creative uses space but quite frankly just way too small. My closet is bigger than this room. Additionally, when I went to take a shower, there were black hairs all over the place. I’m a blonde that completely skieved me out. When I told the front desk, they told me that they would tell housekeeping there was no apology or regret for the experience that I had first time equals last time.

Nice place if you are looking for something different, the rooms are very small but very cool, the views are great

Had a great stay here from Thursday to Sunday! Room was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was pleasantly surprised by how central the hotel was to so many spots! Would absolutely stay here again.

I booked one night at CitizenM Bowery and it was perfect. The hotel is well located and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was clean with a great view, and check-in/out was quick and super easy.

citizenM does a great job of using technology to make the stay feel easy and efficient, from check-in through controlling features in the room. I especially liked being able to cast from my phone to the TV and watch my own favorite shows. I also appreciated having the option to choose how often my room was cleaned. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I did not have an opportunity to use the hotel amenities, which is why I rated them four stars rather than five. My only other note is that the entrance area felt a little off-putting at times because of the public seating space outside, which seemed to attract some lingering that made the arrival experience feel less welcoming. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I would happily return.

I love CitizenM hotels so much they are always conveniently placed in the most convenient locations. The rooms are perfect for solo travelers, beds are luscious and the vibe of these hotels hit the spot in every city.

I've stayed in CitizenM Hotels before and this was exactly like the others. Loved the common spaces and bar top.

The room was extremely tiny and felt unclean. The shower floor had what looked like mold growing under the seal, and when looking up in the shower, you can see cockroaches crawling along the glass ceiling.

This is a great spot - well curated decor and nice staff. The food and 24/7 options are really limited. There is a breakfast you can pay for but it isn't worth the price. You can walk 2 blocks into SOHO and find a cute cafe for less. No coffee or tea for free, you have to either buy the breakfast or buy your own coffee. The rooms are pods. They are way too small for 2 people imo. Very well curated and cute though so if you're not planning to be in your room much it's a great option. Overall great stay, loved being able to walk everywhere and the rooftop!

Great location, just steps to the subway. Room was very clean and the canteen and coffee bar are cool additions to the property. The staff are super friendly!

Really nice lobby area for working, with bar and snacks available. Loved the rooftop bar on a sunny day. Service was great and helpful. The neighborhood has a lot of great walkable restaurants and shopping.
