The Rooftop bar has a very nice atmosphere

Everything was amazing. The people were always helpful and polite. It is a little noisy in the lower rooms with the street noise being constant. Not sure we will ever visit New York again but if we do, this is the place for us.

The hotel was in an excellent location with subways near by taking you all around Manhattan. Brooklyn bridge was a 10 minute walk and the 9/11 memorial , Wall Street was a 5 minute walk.This was my second visit to New York and found this hotel and location far better than staying in Times Square.

Came for the Knicks parade. Location couldn’t have been more perfect. Rooms are small - literally 2 steps from the front door and it’s the bed. Bedding and pillows felt very nice and comfortable. I don’t agree with the added $16 at the end to cover the resort fee aka 2 Fuji water bottles, 1 Poland spring water bottle, 2 bags of chips and 4 cookies.. that could have just been included in the fee for the room. Has a roof top bar.. but hours were limited. Couldn’t find room service menu.

The room was meh. Small. Expected more for the price point. I heard footsteps and noises from other rooms all night long. Also - small but their iron sucked.

Jose and Juan were fantastic guys and would do anything you asked with no questions asked. All staff friendly and always welcomed us when returning from our day. The hair dryer was not in the best working order and would help if a vanity mirror was on the desk.

Great location close to the WTC and battery park. Lots of nice restaurants round about. Hotel was immaculate. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Gym was basic, some of the equipment could use an upgrade. Although we were aware of the NYC city tax we weren’t aware that on top of that we had to pay a daily service charge for housekeeping etc. we assumed that was in the price of the hotel considering it was more expensive than other hotels of a similar star rating. Overall though it was a lovely hotel.

Our room was clean and comfortable, well designed, and quiet. Air conditioning works great, and having a mini fridge really helps in the summertime. Staff were helpful in 2) holding our bags prior to check in, and b) booking us a car to the airport. Located within a short walk to multiple must-sees like the freedom tower, Oculus shopping center, Brooklyn Bridge, South Street Seaport, and Pier 11 where you can take a scenice ferry ride to Dumbo, Brooklyn for the absolute best views of the city!

The hotel, staff and rooftop bar were great. They provided extra towels and a sewing kit upon request.

The staff was all wonderful! Very friendly and prompt! The bed was comfortable. I loved the shower set up! Loved the free water daily. Used the car service and was very pleased. Wish they had a small table set up for 2 people to eat at. Wish they had Nextflix or Hulu for commercial free TV Neither of these are deal breakers
