Room and bathroom were super clean and well-maintained. Hotel provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, as well as lots of towels, etc., and a hairdryer. In room fridge and mini bar, as well as bar in restaurants downstairs in the lobby. Great convenient location in Brooklyn close to the subway, restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. Rooms for a very quiet and beds were comfortable.

Room was amazing. staff was phenomenal and friendly. breakfast was delicious. didnt have time to check out the bar sadly. but overall a beautiful experience. definitely going back to ace when im back in nyc. was very sad to leave. thank you ace!

I had a nice view to Statue of Liberty and low-rise houses in Brooklyn. The location is perfect, really close to Manhattan which is convenient for work trips. I’ve been making v60 at the room so the room is equipped by a normal electric kettle instead of coffee machine like many other hotels in NYC. Kudos for that. Oh, and it’s spacious! Nothing to say.

It was hard to sit in the Lobby/bar area to have a drink. The hotel have a lot of guest that doesn't stay overnight at the hotel. We couldn't sit and have a drink after we checked in or the next day. They front desk receptionist was not really friendly. When asked them questions they hurry and try to rush you off.

I’m a returning customer. I book this hotel every time I’m in Brooklyn and it never disappoints. The space is beautiful, rooms are big and clean, service is great, vibes are 10/10 0 complains

99% excellent. One drawback...Their shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles need to be labeled better. I ended up showering with the shampoo but, the silver lining was was it did smell so good. Still, I couldn't read the description on any of the three bottles.
