Clean, quiet, chill and relaxed. No problems. No noise. No drama

Also, we had to ask twice on different days to have soap dispensers refilled and no one on the housekeeping staff, not even the supervisor, spoke English. So, it was very difficult to convey requests concerning deficiencies, needs for the room to be cleaned, etc. Essentially, we had to go to the front desk and hunt someone down. I would probably stay here again, but would hope the owners/management would get serious about manning the front desk and other matters and start running this like a franchised hotel and not an independent family business.

A terrible experience: the window was full of mosquitoes all night, the train kept passing by and making noise, and the maids knocked on the door at 10:46 AM, even though check-out wasn't until 11:00 AM.

Staff was nice, and outdoors and pool looked clean! Very convenient off highway. Bathroom looked clean, but other things like furniture, walls, and doors, did not.

The all around stag was great.

Clean room and decent price

The linen in the bedroom was stained.

Was clean, and simple. Had nothing special that wow me , and is gonna make me choose that location over another. Properly needs some simple maintenance to spruce up and look more inviting.

Poor location wedged between freeway and mountain. $30/night “gotcha” pet fee, not clearly stated on Expedia listing. Decent, though uninspiring breakfast. Nice, sizable double room (not just a single room with another bed crammed in), but, no blow dryer or coffee maker in room.

Had I not opened my curtains to see which way my room faced I would have missed the fact that my ground floor window was open about 8 inches, had no screen, the bottom lock was broken off the window and the top lock had cobwebs and bugs in it. Anyone could have jumped in through the window at any point. The room was clean, with the exception of the flying and crawling bugs that had made their way in. An earwig joined me on the floor after I got out of the shower and some flying things enjoyed the light from my phone before I went to bed. Just make sure your window either has a screen or isn’t wide open for wildlife and strangers when you get to your room.

This hotel is in dire need of a maintenance man. There is a lot of repair activity going and yet nothing has been finalized. The ceiling in the swimming pool area needs drywall repair, and the lights needing to be replaced. The most disappointing parts of the overnight was the refrigerator not working and lost both of our meals. Then the exterior window not being secured and a short dowel rod placed to prevent it from opening.

I couldn't even get to the property due to a large fire in the area and they refused to refund me my money.
