Dirty place, mold in the walls, no housekeeping, no breakfast provided like advertised and not safe neighborhood located.

The hotel was ok. Clean but poorly maintained. Good for a quick overnight stay at a low price. Definitely lots of hookers as soon as it gets dark but they did not bother hotel guests and are behind the building.

The room was disgusting, there was a moldy picture on the bathroom wall, hair in the shower drain. The bed sheets were old and should be thrown out. Our room door was missing a small chunk at the bottom so we could see light from the outside. There were prostitutes in the hotel, they would walk out at night to the street outside of the parking lot to "work". There were sketchy guys parked in the hotel parking lot (probably the pimps for the prostitutes) that stood there at all hours of the night and made us feel uncomfortable. There was trash under the bed and under the refrigerator, the amount of dust led me to believe those spots hadn't been cleaned in a while. Do yourself a favor and run as far away from this hotel as possible

The only clean the rooms ever three days and only leave towels for one day. The health department closed the pool and I think breakfast it was never open.

This isn’t something I usually do. It’s easy to let a few mishaps or things slide, but this was one of the most unexpectedly gross places my family has ever stayed. The drawers were broken and we don’t want to be charged for that , so I called the front desk, was placed on hold for over 45 minutes, patiently, then was hung up on. I called again but was hung up on. I did go downstairs to take assure that that was noted on our room. The pool was coded by the city and shut down. The drain in the tub had to be cleaned and fixed by my husband so my children could clean themselves after beach trips. There was a pipe in the ceiling over the bathroom sink that had a constant drip of dirty water. We brushed our teeth and washed our hands over the tub to avoid cross contamination of whatever was draining. I was aware I needed to clean themselves after floors immediately when we got to the room and did a small foot mopping with two rags before I let my kids walk barefoot and the rags were black. This was not after we left and came back, this was when we first arrived. This may be a suitable place for some but Families should avoid this place.

COCKROACHES IN ROOM killed two of them that I saw

Room was very dirty, only had 1 towel an 1 wash rag - had to request a second towel.

We stayed here for 7 nights. You definitely get what you pay for. If all you need is a bed and shower, this is the place for you. To start, I don’t know if it was explicitly stated but I was surprised to learn I had to pay $15/nights for parking. Next, after day 4 of no housekeeping visit and not even a towel refresher, I had to request them to stop by. Supposedly they’re supposed to do it after day 3. Don’t plan on using the pool you see in the photos. Apparently it’s been closed and will not open indefinitely. Also, don’t plan on eating on-site. That restaurant/lounge has closed and there’s no plan on opening back up. The in-room coffee maker was broken. The floors were sticky. The tv remote hardly functioned. And last but not least, the area around the hotel is sketchy, with ladies of the night on every street corner. Other than those small inconveniences, we had a cheap place to rest our heads.

First, only one person at the desk, and everyone visiting internationally was unable to get their reservations located, so line was exceptionally long to check in. When I got to my room, there was no blanket on the bed, no clean hand towels, and no soap! I stayed four days, and my room was never cleaned. There were women of negotiable affections soliciting business in the uncovered parking lot, and the covered parking lot was flooded and closed. If you look carefully at the pictures, you’ll notice that this is a motel, a tall motel. Not hotel, a motel. That means that you are hundreds of feet above the freeway, with no wall stopping you from plummeting down if there’s a slight breeze while walking to your room. Not in a million years would I allow a child to stay in this hotel, and even for an adult who was not afraid of heights, this is the stuff of nightmares. And since it’s purged directly over the freeway with no enclosed hallways, it is incredibly loud 24 hours a day. Traffic, honking, police activity, you wish you’d packed a white noise machine. Seriously, Ramada should pull their name off this location, and no one in the right mind would stay here twice.

I would not recommend this hotel

It was not a place I would have liked to take my family. Lots of homeless staying in the hotel. Not a good environment to be in.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

AC did not work, they had to give me a fan instead of changing me rooms. Pool was out of service for the 6 days I stayed. Bar and Restaurant were also closed. There was prostitution around the corner as well as crack heads.

We stayed 5 nights. The staff were all friendly, to hotel wasn't bad, I got a fairly good rate. I was disappointed that the pool was down for the entire stay. They had no ETA on when it would open so we were checking every day. The hotel itself is right off of the i-5 and it is very very traffic noise heavy.

The front desk person was super nice and helpful. We had a issue with the toilet it just kept running water so we let them know and when the maintenance guy came to fix it it just kept running he said it was the ac but we kept hearing it all night it was really frustrating. So frustrating that me and my husband left a day before our check out date and just simply didn’t feel comfortable. The bathtub was dirty there was idk what on the coffee machine and stains on the walls. Overall it wasn’t clean.

The hotel was okay. It is located in a not so good area of town. It should be noted that the front desk staff was very helpful.

I'd like to start with the daytime staff, and nighttime staff are two different experiences. During the day the staff is friendly and while unable to help are at least friendly, at night the front desk is mostly unstaffed and then the person there is short snappy and unhelpful. The first issue is the check in time. I showed up at 2:50, 10 mins before the check in time of 3pm. I was informed quickly that check in time is at 3pm. No problem but when the 3pm time did come the lobby was quickly flood with what seemed to be all the guests staying at this hotel. When I finally got to my room it was closer to 5pm. The room itself first did not have blankets only one top sheet, had no towels and the trash had not been taken out. Slight inconvenience I understand people forget sometimes not problem again daytime staff quick to help. Went out that night and had issues with my keycard, the nightti staff then sent me up 3times to retry my card. The third time they asked for my ID as they were unsure, I was properly checked in. As I finally got into my room the scene changes and obvious poor decision on my end of choosing this location was apparent. The 15dollar a night parking lot was flooded by prostitutes and then a couple of cars that chose to rev their engines and blast music. This hotel does not offer free parking or secure parking for this 15doll so the fee did not make sense to me. The hotel also does not have security to do any enforcing or protection to this parking lot.
