The staff first of all makes or breaks a great vacation. The entire staff at this facility go above and beyond to make your stay top notch. The facility is clean, organized and quiet. Shuttle to downtown is a plus, fast and friendly. Plenty of care is taken for our breakfast needs. Total plus - top notch all the way. Thanks to all of you.

The room was clean.The handicapped accessible bathroom was a good size.However the floor wasn't done correctly and the water from the shower flows towards the bathroom door and soaks the carpet.The shower drain was really slow as well.

Property was super clean and breakfast was so good. We reserved a suite and the kitchenette was so nice and had everything you need for a short stay. The pool was outside and was not super clean, but other than that everything was amazing! The young lady at the reception was so helpful and kind!

Beautiful property located in a quiet, safe area close to the heart of Nashville . The staff is very welcoming and the suites are spacious and feel like I’m at home. Andrea at the front desk is a gem! Breakfast is always well stocked with a variety of options daily.

Reported running toilet, safe that didn't close properly. Still not fixed day 2 - maintenance said "I fixed safe and didn't see a leak in toilet". (Then WHY would toilet run for 25 or 20 seconds every 10 minutes??). Then we had a leaky fire sprinkler dripping on the bed. Too many issues for what seemed like a pretty new hotel.

Our stay was excellent! The staff was superb and the suite was amazingly comfy and convenient. Check in was super easy and they were extremely helpful in locating an item I realized we were missing after we departed and returning it to me. Will definitely return soon! Also loved the breakfast staff and the quality of the choices provided were a nice touch.
