👎 What breakfast lol that's a big joke

Pas d’accueil personnel pas souriant, ce n’était pas propre dans les escaliers et la chambre etait poussiéreux. Le train à côté passe au 2 heures et matelas trop dure sans parler de à/c qui ne fournit pas

Older facility. Room was ok but the breakfast was very lacking. Good location.

At first I was told I still owe $100 at check in, which was not right. After the gentleman behind me has the same problem, she called her manager and got it straightened out. We booked the place for the pool, and it was closed. Looked like for awhile, but the staff member said it was fine and booked us by the pool. Breakfast was great and room was very clean and new!

I was fortunate enough to get a remodeled room so that made my stay satisfactory. There is a large train yard hub nearby, so if you’re a sensitive sound sleeper, it could keep you up at night. Very basic bare bones carb-heavy breakfast (waffles, bagels, toasts, muffins). Property grounds have some age on them and parking can be tight depending on where your room is located.

The pillows suck so bring your own.

The room was nice. The staff at the front desk were the rudest individuals I have had to check in and out with. During checkout the clerk was more worried about what she was doing good on her phone the helping customers. The guy at check in was rude and looked like he was woken up when we tried to check in. Both during check in and check out I had to ask if there was anyone else there. Other than the front desk clerks it was a good experience .

The staff were cordial and polite. There is plenty of parking and you are walking distance to several well known places to eat where the food is good. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Our stay was ok. Nothing fancy. Price was right. Slept well. Not many choices for breakfast. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Quiet

While the building is pretty and new looking, it is not the cleanest and the staff are rude. The beds were very comfortable. The door between our room and the connecting room would not close. If the guest in the other room had opened their door, they could have looked through a 2-3 inch opening between door and door facing. Appears the answer was to add a temporary door latch that just did reach across the open span. Too, we were told at the breakfast when we were making waffles that the girl was taking it up and and she didn’t want to wait. She took up cereal, butter l, syrup and milk without offering to let us finish getting what we needed for a meal. She did not offer any help or kindness. The desk clerk wouldn’t speak up loud enough to hear after I asked him to explaining I am having d of hearing. While the room was okay, the staff was not. I could not recommend this property to anyone.

All in all just fine.

Front desk was accommodating to get a room on the first floor because my son uses a wheelchair. Room was clean and remodeled. Great value for the stay.

Good for a short stay! Very close to Downtown..

The breakfast was ok. There were guests coughing in the waffl area. That was very unsanitary. My room was dirty. I had to wipe down myself. My sheets were also dirty and had hair in both beds.I called the front desk. They lied and said they came to my room to change the sheets at 12:45, but they didn't.

I have no complaints. It was nice to see a few restaurant in walking distance.

This hotel was very close to the area we went to every day Rude staff, poor housekeeping, very poor breakfast selection

The people in the room behind us must have been partying all night as we heard loud people and loud music all night long... Until the next morning! That was irritating.
