Homewood Suites By Hilton Nashville Downtown The Gulch

Note: the lobby is on the 11th floor Now, for the PSA, the drop-off roundabout is not a great system. They won't even allow you to stay in your car while you wait. When I got picked up, we were stuck because it's a one-way single lane only. Someone is leaving and has luggage or children, hold your breath, cause it's going to be a while. Of the three elevators, the stand-alone one smells like a dumpster at times. They have a Happy Hour on their roof (lobby level), but they don't allow you to go directly to it. You have to go downstairs, walk next door to the Canopy, and take their elevator up. If this is the case, then advertise it as so. I was stopped by a rude person "Where are you going?" working the late shift. I didn't know better, due to one guest saying she was allowed to go straight to the roof.

The room was excellent. The breakfast was excellent as well with so many options, including GF. We did not use the valet parking was quite expensive. We used Spot Hero and were able to get a parking spot in a nearby garage.

Everything else was great.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and a large kitchen, staff were welcoming and very helpful. The only issue was the shower/tap water pressure was very poor - a some points it was a trickle. Unsure if it was a whole hotel thing or just our room.

Made my first Nashville stay awesome. Beds were so comfy, and I loved being so close to everything.🍷❤️🎸

Very clean everyone was professional and very nice close to everything walking distance to restaurants and bars and shops. I will stay there again. The breakfast was phenomenal. Thanks again. I had a lovely time. Cleanliness and a lot of privacy

During our stay the elevators had no lights and employee had to go with us in a dark elevator, at least I was traveling with my family. Imagine those traveling alone!! Also the fire alarm went off and staff could have told everyone that it was a false alarm but they didn’t we only found out when we had already gone downstairs. The room was very nice and spacious to accommodate our family. We did the valet parking because there’s no other option unless you find street parking and price was $60 per day. Also another thing we found annoying is the fact that checking in is on the last floor, there’s no check in when you get to the hotel. You have to go up with your belongings to then go down to your room.

Except internet went out Elevators went out And fire alarms kept going off!

The staff was great and the building was in great shape, i wou;d highly recomend this property. Scott Nothing

Everything was great but was disappointed find there was no free parking garage. Had my car in valet and the valet guys were great and very helpful.

Great property! Great amenities. The gym is really nice and the breakfast was awesome! Great modern esthetics but just be prepared to pay an arm and a leg For nearby parking due to location.
