However the final night of our stay, our smoke detector started chirping at 1:30 am. We called the front desk and the attendant said he was the only person on duty. We looked for a battery to remove, but the detector was hardwired. He couldn't come look at it and there was no maintenance person on duty. The hotel was sold out, so there was not an available room to move us to, I guess. A maintenance person was eventually called, but it was after we had made the decision to just leave, since it was our last night at the hotel. Even then it would have been an hour or more before the maintenance person could come try to fix the problem. The hotel staff did follow-up and did not charge us for the final night of our stay that got cut short. Glad it didn't happen in the middle of our stay.

Some of the cleaning staff did not speak English but always found someone who did. We found that the coffee place was very expensive.

The property was very nice but the staff was extrordinary. People make the property. So friendly, professional and helpful. Everyone goes above and beyond for everyone without even asking...and always with a personal touch and a genuine smile for you.

This is not my first time staying at this establishment. This is the place. I prefer to stay when I’m in Nashville. I love its location. The staff is very friendly and I like the live music at their bar.

The staff were so nice and helpful but the room smelled terrible. Old moldy smell. If it had not been so late I would have looked for another hotel. Was sick when I woke up next morning

The staff were very friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean. We only stayed there 8 hours to sleep and shower.

PAID PARKING ARRANGEMENTS! I could not get my car back at 5:15 AM. That was no service to supposedly 6 AM which I was not informed about it. No one at reception area to help. Finally some crabby man stuff shows up, very unpleasant, and told me bring him tag from inside my locked car in order to get the car key back. Lucky for me I could open the car with my phone. I bought the tag back to him and he disappeared for 10 minutes. He was very very slow and unpleasant. I was told that the app on the phone will take care of car parking and getting my car back. I lost 45 minutes to get my car back, lost a lot of my time and aggravation Not sure what I paid the $45 for. I will never stay at this location.

This is the only place we stay when we come to Nashville! Best place in town!
-
The restaurant inside the hotel had some of the best wings I've ever had in my life! There was no access to the gym!
-
Parking should be free for people staying at the facility

Very nice overall. Service was a 4.5 but couldn't put that, just minor waits or inconveniences. My biggest disappointment was that I paid for the park view and the part of the park my room overlooked had a McDonald's first and then the park way back behind it. The wall to the balcony blocks the view of the rest of the park unless you're actually on the balcony (not an option to sit out there with Nashville summer heat and no chair). The construction in the room next store was only an annoyance once.
