Very nice facility. While not controlling located, it was still convenient and pleasant. If you want to be in the area but not I. The crush of downtown this is a great choice and good value.

The room was spectacular with a beautiful view. The included breakfast was complete and well presented. The staff was helpful. the limited hours for their bar/lounge was inconvenient.

The property itself was very nice kept! The problem I had was my bathroom was not cleaned properly the picture attached will show. Once I called the front desk the problem got solved right away.

It was my first time in Nashville and glad I booked this hotel. From the moment I checked in the staff were amazing! Not only were they helpful but so friendly as well. The breakfast was also amazing. Great variety of foods. Would really recommend and would definitely be rebooking this hotel on my next vacation to Nashville! Stacey was the receptionist upon arrival, she really made us feel so welcomed!

Convenient location close to restaurants and downtown with a reasonable price. Just noticed the room needed to be cleaned a bit better. There was a layer of dust on the furniture, so either the room hadn’t been used for a while or missed. Staff were nice and the breakfast was well supplied with plenty of seating.

This was a great hotel experience. From the front desk staff, to the rooftop bar, the breakfast bar, the quietness and cleanliness of the room, and how quickly the elevator came to the floors. I would recommend this hotel.

They never asked about parking when checking in. I was charged $84 for one night stay for parking. They said, they would correct it. But a week later, crickets. I’ll find a better place to stay next time.
