Dated but clean

We had an amazing experience, staff was very friendly and went above and beyond! Checkout was at 11 but they let us keep our belongings in a room while we explored Nashville, they also let my kids go swimming after we had already checked out! The one thing I would say needs updates is the gym( equipment was super old and wasn’t great)

We were in town for doctor visits at Vanderbilt hospital. The location was great for that and would also be a great location if you're in town for fun as Broadway and all the action is very close. The staff was phenomenal! They were so friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The room was nice and breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here when we are back in town again.

Great modern clean hotel. Close to everything downtown Nashville. Breakfast was killer. Even had an omelette bar!

The hotel and my room were very clean. The staff especially Sophi and Sandy at the front desk were always eager to answer all my needs. The lady at breakfast time in the morning and the guy at the omelet station were really nice as well. The décor is fantastic. It puts you right in the heart of country music. They only thing that needs to be improved is the patio set by the pool. The cushions really need to be changed. Other than that everything was perfect. I did not use the pool but I appreciated having my cocktail by the pool at the beginning of the evening. It was very relaxing after a long day exploring Nashville.

Only stay one night so it is hard to give a thorough review. Overall experience was okay. People make lots of noise when coming back from downtown but I guess is normal.

The room smelled a bit musty at first but once we turned on ac was fine. Very clean, staff was great. Wish the pool was open later than 8pm

The breakfast was good and the omelette station is a reason to stay there . The free water and lemonade was nice to have also and walkable to downtown.

Such a great spot to spend the night as we flew into Nashville and were heading down to the Smokey Mountains the next day. The pool was perfect for a quick dip. The breakfast was simple but the added omelet station was a hit. My only complaint would be the workout gym if you're looking for a hotel that has one. This one smelled extremely musty and moldy. No way could someone get in a workout. Great one night stop!

Front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable. Actually security in the parking lot. Free coffee station 24 hours a day (pretty good too). Hot breakfast was terrible. Woman working the breakfast room was horribly rude! Bed was super hard and the pillows were pancake flat! But great location and affordable. Overall 7/10.
