The property is under renovation and we were made aware however, the extent was a little more than I expected. The biggest negative was that construction was supposed to start at 8:00 AM and Friday and Saturday they started at 7:15 AM. The lack of option for F & B during the renovation was disappointing.

Property was clean, staff was great, breakfast was amazing, however the dinner was really bad not quality at all, due to the construction the hotel only has one restaurant available at this location if not you have to move to the other location which you can do using the hotel shutter.

Great Stay!
-
Very nice for kids
-
The water park is a plus for children.
-
Menus at the pool were way too foofy and didn't have any real standard fare. Rooms had a giant tub that was useless and a cramped little shower. Overall not worth the price
-
Great service staff is very very kind

We enjoyed this Propery for my child’s 12th birthday. The kids had a ball. Staff was great and it was very clean! It was perfects

Construction was more than expected. Restaurants and food an availability was limited. Staff was great, kids water park was amazing.
-
Excellent service and staff very professional.

In fairness, the hotel was undergoing renovations which closed down many of the amenities. We were charged a reduced rate due to this ongoing disruption, therefore, our experience was not reflective of a normal stay. The hotel definitely needed the work, as the interior was old and tired- looking.
-
The hotel was under renovation (our room rate was reflective) but the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that the modifications were well thought out and every detail was considered and that they were the best they could be under the circumstances. Professional and friendly across the entire resort. Highly recommend.
-
Almost everything The noise around the pool Since the water park it’s become rather hectic. A quiet adult area would be nice.
-
Rooms were small and outdated, just didn’t feel luxurious at all. Shower had no pressure, and was 1’x 2’. My back was against wall showering, tub was from the 1980’s. Staff was nice but scarce. Room service was always late. No notable restaurants in Tiburon, none unless you like sitting in a lobby and eating. Had to go to the beach ritz to have decent food. Not impressed at all. Grounds were boring. Felt like a waste of a week. Pool room tvs broken. Cafe coffee was horrendous. I’ve been to 5 ritz hotels now. This was a 2 star out of 5 with 5 star prices. I actually feel like I got ripped off.
-
Terrible. We go often to this Ritz. It’s needs a facelift and more staff during high season.
-
This property is great for people with children. For those who do not bring children then your options are much more limited. If you come to play golf then you will not be disappointed, but in the pool area there is no area for adults only not even at the cabanas. The experience is different when children are thrown into the mix.
