LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort - A Noble House Resort

The amenities were outstanding. We loved relaxing by the pool, the beach service was excellent, and everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, helping make our stay feel truly relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a beachfront resort with great amenities and a wonderful atmosphere, La Playa is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again.

Speechless..!! Just Awesome everything..!.!

First, the beach here is impeccable and well maintained by this hotel company. The water is a bluish green and very calm and clear. Unlike other resorts, the pictures that I saw before I booked this stay were not photoshopped. We stayed in the beachfront room on the third floor and arrived late at night. When I woke up in the morning and saw the white sand beach and the beautiful ocean, I was blown away.This resort reminded me of a small resort in the Caribbean. You don’t see resorts like this in America, where there’s multiple pools and a restaurant and a bar poolside (with all young, American, clear English speaking staff, I love that). They also had a nice restaurant facing the beach which we had breakfast in. The food was good however I didn’t get a chance to check out their lunch or dinner since I was only there for two days. There was a great place a 10 minute walk or two minute drive called Buzz’s lighthouse which had very good food if you’re into fish and crab. The price for this resort was not cheap, but as I stated earlier, I really haven’t seen a place like this on the beach in America. I’d say there was a value here. I would definitely come back to this place. Bring loose cash in $5, $10 & $20 increments to tip the workers and the valets. They’re working class people in a very rich city.

Nothing like beachfront with a beautiful view of the ocean. The food and service were excellent. Unfortunately, the bed was wobbly due to a bad mattress and the shower didn’t work right, but we were able to overcome. The surrounding areas, exceptional.

The room was impeccable—beautifully maintained, spotless, and comfortable. Every detail reflected the care and pride the resort takes in creating a first-class guest experience. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the beach service made relaxing by the water effortless. Whether we were dining, enjoying the beach, or simply spending time around the property, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable vacation. We can’t wait to return!

From our room, we had to crossed a street that was pretty busy to get to the main property which was not ideal since it rained a couple of days and we had kids. Positive the food at the restaurant was great and valet parking employees were really helpful. Will probably not repeat.

I didn’t like that they charge a lot of different taxes and for valet parking is about $44 daily plus parking taxes. Also, the rooms furniture and decor are obsolete.

It was a beautiful place, beach was beautiful, everyone so attentive. Three pools.. lots of cabana people and servers. The food was delicious.. everything was top quality.

Summary of main issues: +guest room condition issues included a rusty bathtub, cracked sink, stained lampshades and ceiling stains. +cleanliness concerns throughout the hotel included dirty elevator carpets, debris outside the restaurant, and wet items left in hallways +common areas appeared worn, leaking water coolers, poorly maintained furnishings, and faded exterior paint. +room assignment did not match reservation preferences, with limited accommodation offered at check-in +food quality and service at Tiki bar below expectations, with over an hour wait time and poor entree quality. +pool amenities were not properly stocked, including missing cups at water stations. At an average cost exceeding $600 per night, the overall guest experience did not align with the price point or expectations associated with a premium hotel stay.

It was a great stay! All staff were friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and so was the beach and pool.

Enjoyed the bar/food access on the beach; plenty of chairs/umbrellas/towels (which were all included); all the men were quick to help you set-up your preferred location on the Beach. Food was great (with healthy options) and room service was quick. Snack and drink options provided in rooms were also a big plus.
