The property was very clean. The staff was very friendly. But our room could’ve been cooler. It was hard to adjust the AC to the temperature of the room that we desired.

The room was spacious and we felt very comfortable as we enjoyed our anniversary. The surprise platter and champagne were much appreciated. We highly recommend you stay at Hilton Naples and, in our next trip here, we will too.

The staff was really friendly, rooms are a bit outdated but very clean, beds were comfortable. This property has many amenities and is only 5 mins drive from the beach, plus they have complementary beach shuttle. I would stay here again for sure!
