Clean room, very quiet and comfortable.

Carpet in room was dirty; staff was efficient; casino was entertaining; parking was available.

The room was great. The view was great. But the casino..felt off. No valet parking. Layout felt choppy. Every deli and restaurant was closed, we had to eat bar food. The players club and cashiers cage were all at one station. We did win for the night but overall not our best experience.

The room was ok. The carpet was dirty with stains and the table had cup rings all over it. We didn’t want to take our socks off. The bed was lumpy and stiff. The room smelled the smoke the entire 3 days we’re there, even though we requested non smoking. The elevators reeked of weed. We used the gym and it had outdated equipment and half the free weights were missing. The sanitation wipes were gone, so who knows when the last time anything in there was sanitized or cleaned. There’s clearly remodeling going on because signs were removed and multiple desks were out of service, and valet is permanently closed. We didn’t know where to park at first because the entire entryway is blocked off with construction. It looked like a once popular hotel that is quickly declining. Big cameras in the elevators because they want you to know you’re being watched. We were woken at 3am to blasting music from our neighbors. Signs on the bathroom mirror say you must call for room service. Also noted on the mirror is a notice we are responsible for any damages or missing items, so check the room in advance. Not a nice touch. Makes it obvious this place has had a lot of trouble with people before, and made it not feel safe. We did not go to the casino, so we have no opinions there. The one good thing was the desk man at 3am was very friendly and called our neighbors to turn off the music.

Parking was terrible had to walk for with luggage front of hotel was closed off, no valet, only 2 luggage carts for whole hotel. Room didn't smell fresh smelled liked sewer the whole stay. Staff at front desk wasn't friendly at all. We stayed here before and enjoyed it but I guess since they're working on hotel customers get horrible treatment not too many casino hotels have disappointed Me but this one did.. If WE return maybe it will be after they remodel or sell whatever they're doing

I have stayed at this hotel three times in the last few years. It is always impressive. I love the restaurants and bars on site.

Be aware that this a smoking facility! I am highly allergic to smoke and my room smelt like an ashtray. Checked out a day early due to health concerns and they would not refund me although I was promised a non-smoking room.

Casino had one very small area that was smoke free.

My stay wasn't the best nor was it the worst the most part I enjoyed was the peace and quiet. Didn't hear anyone in the hallways or any out side noises. I didn't have to ask for anything from the staff as much which was another good thing about my stay. My room was a little bit dirty and dusty (floors and vents) which bothered my allergies during my stay (luckily I stay prepared for these things when traveling) . Food at the restaurant was good I will add. I would go back if I was back in the area.

Clean room and free parking. Had a comfortable stay.

My only complaint was the smoke smell in the “non-smoking” room. Also, I paid extra to be on the lake side, but very little of the lake was visible.

There was no reason to leave! We had multiple choices for dinner, entertainment and a cozy room to stay in. The location and surrounding area is very unappealing.
