Called for directions. Staff had issues on directions. Bugs crawling in bathroom floor and vanity light switches not working properly eggs were cold silverware was dirty
-
Easy to get to and very nice place to stay. I liked the coffee and tea in the lobby

This hotel was a good surprise - clean, nice breakfast, felt safe nice fitness room, and had laundry perfect for anyone who needs to stay in the Silicon Valley for a few days. Quiet room as well and nice shower. The location is a bit tricky to find - it is right after the entry ramp of a highway so it can be easily missed.

Their Breakfast bar had healthy stuff and the staff are very friendly. I also liked the free bike rental that they offer which was pretty nice!

I was in the area for a wedding with my elderly mother, booked last minute. The staff were nice and helpful. A few issues with our stay; the lights in the restroom have sensors and extremely bright. In addition, the door to the restroom is just a sliding piece of wood on a rail, therefore not giving you privacy, other people can see into it. People smoking in the path way by the entrance and the internet was out. I will not be staying there again.

The room was clean, comfortable and convenient, checkin was a bit odd but successful with a virtual lobby attendant. Breakfast was good. It would be nice to see this hotel come alive and guests actually utilizing the beautiful patios, balconies and outdoor pingpong, etc. Don't pass up the entrance, it's a couple of lights involved in getting back .

Breakfast horrible...it's a no grill hotel if you need a place to crash ....but it's pretty basic

Excellent Breakfast! Parking was easy. The beds were very comfortable. This hotel is in complete contrast to others nearby. Our only issue was that the signage was easy to miss.

Place is a great go to spot, to get away from the hustle and bustle of work, or you just need to get away. Staff is great too. Breakfast was outstanding.

I love the breakfast and the rooms are comfortable. I stayed for three nights and no one ever came to clean my room. I also got bitten by a bug several times while sleeping.

While the desk clerk was really great, there were some major drawbacks, starting with inaccessibility from the south bound lane of El Camino. You must take a very tricky series of on and off ramps to a freeway before getting to the right side where there is just one entrance and exit to the hotel. The office and lobby are very distant from parking area. Lastly, for a party of three adults, we had only one chair to sit on in the room. Awkward and uncomfortable. However, the rates were reasonable and the breakfast was very good.

Room was clean and updated. Issues with “water pressure” in the shower head confirmed. It’s not actually the water pressure but the fact that they use huge “waterfall” shower heads that spread out too much. Also, need to fix the issue with motion sensor lights coming on in the middle of the night. Ended up covering the sensor with electrical tape to solve the issue. Breakfast was good (scrambles, burritos, and espresso coffee machine) so long as you got there early enough when it was first served. Otherwise, it tended to dry out. Only major issue is that homeless people tended to wander the property and use the patio space or tried to use outlets in the lobby when no desk staff was on call (automated kiosk).

Friendly staff Shower was not clean when I arrived and couldn’t clean the room even though I requested 3 times.

Breakfast was good and the room was clean and great parkign.
-
Water pressure for shower was weak. We can hear the footsteps from upstairs really loud. Breakfast has limited choice but it was good enough.
