We've stayed at this location several times now and its always a good experience. The rooms are always clean and the staff are great. Its in a really great location as well. There a tons of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Everything you need basically in one central location.

Comfortable bed, had everything we needed. There was a slight musty smell in our room.

Very clean and friendly staff. Easy to enter and exit property through back and lots of shopping and restaurants near by.

The hotel itself is fine, it's clean, the staff friendly. However, my experience with the management and lack of responsiveness for an obvious hazard is concerning. I expect to visit Mt Joliet 2-4 times per year for the next 15 years. I will not be staying at this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

The room was ok. I missed having an alarm clock.

The location is perfect as it is next to many restaurants or shopping you may need.

The check in process was good. The room seemed clean at first, but we did find random hairs in the sink, tub, and in the bathroom floor.

The receptionist was very helpful with extra toiletries we needed, but our room had a very strong odor (humid) and it the restroom was poorly maintained. If you are in a budget this is it but if you are looking for comfortable stay I do not recommend especially with little ones.

The property was clean and well maintained. It was well located. The breakfast offered mostly carbohydrates and sugar. The coffee was freshly ground and brewed, and available any time.
