Days Inn by Wyndham Atlanta/Southlake/Morrow

I had to wait at the front desk over 15 minutes to check in. This was at 5pm. There was another staff member sitting in the “lobby” his response was she is outside. I walked out to see if I saw anyone but did not. She had a real blunt attitude and it got worse when I informed her that I had a reservation. Got to the room the fridge and sink were leaking I tried calling downstairs no answer so I went down and the desk was unmanned again. Reservation was for two nights. I left after the first night. The overnight front desk person was so much nicer. I informed her of the issues. She did what she could.

Days Inn suffers from foreign ownership syndrome. Slightly dirty , breakfast was the cheapest options (frozen microwave egg sandwich , small yogurt, small old fruit etc). A little bit of pride goes along way when you’re traveling.

White towels and sheets along with comforter needs to be washed with bleach or oxi laundry detergent for stains

First of all the person on the phone was short and was trying to sell me a price double the price when I was online looking at the same room for 56$ with tax included. Also asked if they have a shuttle bus and he said yes, and when she arrived at the airport and got into the shuttle line they told her that there was no shuttle that goes to that hotel and that she would need to take a taxi or Uber to get there. The hotel was 12 mins away! 12! So she never got to stay in that room I booked for her and there was no way for her to get there and she had to sit in the airport all night bc she couldn't get to her hotel and it was a new location for her. I specifically asked if there was a shuttle bus that would take her from the airport to the hotel and take her to the airport in the morning. The airport and the hotel has terrible communication! I wouldn't book a room in this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to others looking for a place to stay in Atlanta.

The bed was better than I expected!! I slept comfortably! Clean room!

Good area In the rooms they need to sweep the floors & mop make sure the towels are clean .

Everything was good. Loved the bed especially . Only complaint was the water. It had a chemical smell to it. My daughter used it to make a cup of soup and was nauseous for a few days.

Location,staff, comfy beds, pet friendly, free breakfast. The room AC was old and while cooled room ok it was loud like a jet engine. Couldn't hear tv at a normal level when air came on. Very little water pressure in the shower.
