Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Durham Airport

I always stay here for the clean rooms, the park and ride option, you can always count on their shuttle to get you there on time. Friendly staff, good food and the market is great too.

I was only there a few hours but I did eat at the restaurant for dinner and use the shuttle to and from the airport. Staff was all friendly l.

Rooms were clean. A little dated. Thought we had asked for walking shower but needed to step in tub. Except for reception when we checked everyone was good. She was more interested in her fellow staff than seeing that I knew what to do

Our flight was delayed so we called from our layover city to let them know we would arrive very late. They assured us our room would not be given away or cancelled due to our late arrival. When we finally landed, they called me to say they gave my room away leaving us with nowhere to stay.

Front desk was amazing

Love the lobby, which is a nice place to get coffee in the morning. The front desk staff was very professional. The room was clean. Would love it even more if there had been wood or vinyl flooring instead of carpet. The restaurant food was good, but they are a little understaffed. The wait for service and food there was slow.

Easy to access Low on toiletries but that’s to be expected.

The airport-hotel shuttle and drivers were very helpful!

Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.

Near airport for an early flight out. We were happy with the stay.
