Air did not work properly but they changed rooms I think the other rooms did not work properly also but it did keep the room cool

That it was available as I was so tired of driving and the front desk was super kind They gave us a used room beds were messy and un made pillows in a position that looked used it was gross but I was too tired to complain

check in staff was great however room was missing light bulbs, a cord for the the phone so you couldnt make phone calls, no towels. Called and they never provided light bulbs or a phone cord. room key kept deactivating everyday.

Good experience overall.

Not hoid

We booked 20min prior to arrival for a 1 night stay. Pictures were deceiving. Upon arrival it was run down, dirty and it felt unsafe. After traveling all day, we decided to drive further to a safer and cleaner hotel. We were denied a refund as well. DO NOT recommend staying here.

Close to stores and restaurants There was nothing I didn’t like it’s a pretty good location decent price for the rooms !!!!good service!!!!!

Parking horrible, blacktop had a LOT of potholes.

This hotel is worse and worse every year, used to be a simple but clean hotel, now is nasty, grubby, dingy everywhere.

Bed sheets are too old, need upgrade. The shower in my room was not sprinkling well. There was some noise from people talking loud right behind my door late at night and moving car noise all day just because the hotel is across a Main Street. No fridge/microwave in room. The hotel has only one microwave in the lobby which needs cleaning.

The bathroom was a little rough, but everything was clean.

The hotel is on a busy road and there is no sound barrier for the traffic, so it was very noisy all day/night. The bathroom in the room had a fan that was very loud and turned on/off by itself at weird times. The toilet was not fastened to the ground properly and there was a hole in the wall behind the toilet. The floor was very uneven in the room, felt very awkward moving around.

Nothing the stole my money and blamed me on smoking in the room I only had for two hours never once said it smelled like smoke but some one left a bag on a smoke sector and I got blamed she said she does walk through videos but wouldn’t show me the one where she went in my room before I had it so she could see the bag was already there smh took my 100 dollar deposit to get her nails done then told me I lied about making the bed because how good I made it smh Every thing bugs in my room hints the two hour stay

Now I am getting perturbed with hotels.com!
