Ramada by Wyndham Monument

Hard to tell....the place was closed for business and the entrance blocked.

Everything.

Nothing was well stocked if you wanted coffee in your room or go to the lobby and get it. I think there was only one house keeper, because we left at 10 am and got back to our room at 530 pm and the room wasn't made up. The motel has alot of potential.

We waited for about 45 min to check in once it was our turn she asked us to go eat them come back, which we did but once we got back check in took at least an hour. Then once we got our room key someone was already staying in our room. 2nd room was dirty.

Restaurant was closed. Could hear upstairs guests conversations quite clearly when they were out on their deck, even if my patio door was closed. TV had limited channels available (multiple had audio but no picture) and would cut out. Pool closed in June.

The cable to the TV wasn't hooked up, the mini fridge was dirty, there wasn't a trash can in our room, and we couldn't call anyone at the front desk for help, because their voicemail was full. And there was no breakfast.

The noisiest hotel I ever stayed in. Paper thin walls, old single pained sliding glass door and directly off I-25 making the interstate traffic noise seem like it's 5 feet away.

Trouble with key card

awful staff, 21 year old check in age never posted, turned me away and still charged me.

The breakfast was a total waste of money. Save your money and get the cheaper no breakfast option and then eat locally.

Staff was rude from the beginning. We had a pet room that had some stains on the floor .One of ours was sick on the comforter .. Before they even tried to clean the comforter we were charged a 1459.00. cleaning fee for all we were supposed to have done

Rude manager. Was charged 25.00 for a "stained" towel. Had bugs in the bathroom.

Drug paraphernalia in a bathroom drawer; door card quit working each day; room not cleaned 2nd day--front desk alerted cleaning staff but never cleaned; could not get toilet paper for half a day; trash overflowing in cafeteria and front desk.

Poorly Maintained, Not recommended for families.

Total ambiance of the hotel is not good, it's not clean as expected in Ramada. Room's are not properly maintained.
