Roaches, bathtub shower patched holes, blackened, area not really safe. Exposed electric wires. I have pictures if needed.

The room was clean but the cockroaches were present. The only lock was the key entry. The dead bolt wouldn’t slide into its slot and the swing lock at the top was broken off.
