I loved the location of the hotel. I don't like that it is visibly unfinished and that some windows were broken in some rooms as I drove around the building. I did like that the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and that the chair in the room appeared stained. Also, the room did not have a full ironing board.

The value, the convenient location. We loved the confortable beds. Minibar in rooms highly suggested for future investments.

It was very clean and employees were very nice and helpful The pool was not ready and that was one of my main reasons for booking and also the no cash deposit because people should be able to pay cash so they can receive their funds at checkout people need there money

I thought this was part of the Hilton group and was expecting a better experience. What it turned out to be was an old hotel that was recently bought by Hilton. I purchased my stay with breakfast included which was a mistake. What is not told in the booking app is that it's going to be remodel which will happen whenever they get to it BEWARE IT'S A HILTON IN NAME ONLY. This is an older hotel purchased by Hilton which hasn't been remodel yet, it's dated. Carpet is worn and dingy the exit door I used didn't lock. The first room I was put in the TV didn't work then the second room had a bad door lock that was like trying to get into an old locker in high-school had to turn the Handel it needs to be oiled. The room was poorly lit hard to see to unpack and repack, the ac for some reason work that well had to keep resetting it to keep the room cool. I'm going to say the bed was fairly comfortable. The bathroom was clean the tub had rust stains. The breakfast that I purchased was a joke, it's sold as a made to order meal the problems of that is you can only order one thing an omelet or waffle or oatmeal, my wife had the waffle that wouldn't melt the butter and I had what looked like a pre-made omelet with un melted cheese and dry,but the juice and coffee was ok. When I checked out, I told the staff about the issues with breakfast and was told that they would refund what I paid for the breakfast that I only used once as of writing of this review I have not heard anything from the hotel about it. I've stayed in cheaper places that has juice, coffee, milk,and fruit set out for breakfast, at this place you have to hunt the 24hour coffee. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS Hilton UNTIL IT GETS REMODELED, STAY AWAY IS THE BEST I CAN TELL YOU.

The hospitality was nothing shy of AMAZING! As my Mom and myself were in town due to family being in the hospital. The staff was absolutely fantastic. When your going through trauma and have to be away from you, you just desire something like feels like “home” in a sense. Our stay has been everything but home. Dan (owner), Devin (front desk/ hospitality) Mrs. Karen (front desk, hospitality evening) CJ (chef), And Will (server) were so very kind and generous. A little kindness goes a very long way during hard times in life. The facility is nice and everything you need. They have a courtyard in the middle and the little patio areas are everything. Especially for a fresh breeze after a long day at the hospital. I, 1000/10 recommend this property for business or leisure. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Check into the long time, but the lady was super nice. There was a bunch of remodeling going on so it made a little inconvenience, but they tried to accommodate as best they could. The bear was great super comfy. I stayed here several times. I’ll continue to stay here when I’m in the area. Just a real bad musty smell in the rooms. It makes a little uncomfortable and of course no continental breakfast but that’s OK. I never eat breakfast anyway.

Everything was great. Customer service was top tier.
