Really impressive , room so clean

We stayed for two nights, and our room was never cleaned. No housekeeping service was provided during our stay, which was very disappointing. The room itself was fine, but the lack of basic cleaning service really affected our experience

I love this place and come back time and time again. It’s become a second home for my family and I when we’re in the area.

Clean place and smell really good

It was clean, parking was easy, and the location was good. My room did not have any air-conditioning. I called the front desk, but no one answered. I went down to the front desk twice that evening telling him my air was not working. It was 82° in my room and difficult to sleep in that heat. I checked out the next day, told the person at the front desk. I didn’t have any air conditioning, and he didn’t care.

Large and welcoming reception area with helpful staff. Our room suite on the 5th floor was both spacious and comfortable. Comfortable King size bed. Restaurant on the main floor with other options outside for your dining experience. Underground parking available with a fee per day.

I like the room been very cleaned every times when stay at this location but the breakfast not really good not too many choices the front desk staff is ok one of the staff really needs to more training last time when i checked in he charge me 2times and I already paid for the third party till 4 days hotel refund not immediately I’m little upset

This was our third time staying at this hotel. Each past visit was enjoyable. However, this time our room was not cleaned for some reason. We asked the front desk and was told somehow our room was not scheduled for cleaning and they dont always clean the room during stay. This is extremely weird because we always had our room cleaned in the past without asking. Even if the room is not always cleaned, who decides whether it gets cleaned or not? Shouldnt it be the customer? If there is such policy, the customer should be informed and to make the decision. It was very disappointing. We asked for basic cleaning and was refused and then had to ask for some cleaning solution to wipe down ourselves which is ridiculous.
