The motel was clean but definitely needed upgrading. Surprisingly enough the pool was in use. The room was clean and the bed was okay. The coffee pot in the room had the tray missing so trying to make coffee was challenging. “Breakfast” was suppose to be from 6-10a but was being cleaned up at 9.15a. I guess we got what we paid for but definitely will pay more for somewhere else on our next travels.

Breakfast was redundant. Same thing every day. Boring. Room was nice where we ate. Bathroom felt unclean. Toilet seat wasn't fixed on tightly. Shifted when sat on. About threw me off.

The breakfast consisted of eggs that were so cold and rubbery that you didn’t want to eat them, sausage links that were fairly good, sour milk for the cereal, and very stale pastries. The only thing palatable with the breakfast was the coffee. I turned on the heater to warm the room and immediately really bad smelling fumes came out of the heater and the fire alarm went off. I called the office three times to see if they could send someone up to check the heating system. No one showed at all.

There was a medical emergency upon arriving. The Desk Clerk refused to reimburse us, claiming company policy. We hadn't even check in the room yet. Also, the key didn't work. My spouse had an emergency and we had to get to Davenport, Iowa. I came back to the Front Desk and along with another customer we both waited a bit as the Desk Clerk was not at his station. We called on the phone and he reappeared from an adjacent room. The adjoining rooms had an open door. He didn't answer the phone but as the phone was ringing, he step out of the adjoining room. He had to have been in ear shot of us as we conversed on the whereabout of the Desk Clerk. I then told him of our dire situation and he refused to reimburse us. My wife has a membership with Priority Hotels, specifically, I think, Comfort Inns. We lost time and money. My wife is quite upset to this day.

I would like more info in the room about breakfast and check out!

Comfortable beds, Nice breakfast. Only 9 minutes way from Augustana College. The bathroom was small.

We liked your location in proximity to where we were visiting and that you had an opening for the time we were in the area, now we know why (you will understand why this comment is made when you read below). These were our only two positives. We missed the breakfast because we were misinformed about the time so we had an unplanned expense needing to go out and purchase a meal. The hall carpet was very dangerous (major tripping hazard). The mattresses were so unsupportive no one in our family were able to sleep. People were right outside the building smoking causing the smoke smell to enter our room which caused our room to smell nauseating. The front desk assistant was very inhospitable and unhelpful, making us feel as though they didn't want to assist us for something as simple as printing off the receipt.

The price was good. Conditioner bottle was empty. Used soap in shower. Hallway is filthy. Breakfast was very, very limited.

Property was old....lobby was nice as was the dining area...Breakfast was just ok...Eggs were gone ans 2 pieces of sausage...We got an upgraded suite and the carpet was terrible...a huge stain right in front of the door and stains throughout...Tv was great ..big samsung..with movie channels on directv...best ive seen...pool area was dirty

Refrigerator was missing 3 shelves. I asked them to fix it and they NEVER DID. The sheets were dirty and had lots of stains. The toilet sounded like it was going to overflow, every time I flushed it. Another guest was checking in, and went to the room, and had to come back down, and get his room switched. THE BED WAS FULL OF HAIR!
