Me and my family love staying at this hotel

Worst hotel experience we have ever had. We were running late for our arrival given some storms that we were having to drive-through. I called ahead of time to make sure that getting a late check out the next day would not be an issue and I was told that it would be a problem. Upon arrival to the hotel, the very rude front desk person, told us that she could not guarantee our late checkout that I would need to speak to the person that got there after 7 AM We arrived at 5 o’clock in the morning and got back up at 7 AM to ask for a late check out and we’re told that therewas no way we could have a late checkout by another extremely rude front desk person. We went down to have breakfast at 9:30 and most of it was already gone and we were told they would not be putting more out. They were stains on the sheets, holes in the towels, dirt on the floor, and our toilet was clogged upon arrival. The staff was extremely rude and condescending, and no help at all. Would not recommend a staying here at all. On top of that, after we had voiced our concerns and asked for a refund, the property manager has denied our refund so we got to pay full price for a 4 1/2 hour stay that was an absolute nightmare.

every time we called or asked about a need it was generally taken of quickly, ie towels, trash, etc. we had 2 people in the room and only 1 chair to sit on. finally the last night i asked for a second chair and never got a response, that is ridiculous. suppose to have quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am and we had noise/music playing from 5 am to 9 one morning. last night there we could hear heavy walking, thumping from something being put on the floor, it was after 11 and kept us from sleeping until midnight. it was like people were walking/moving around luggage/furniture and went on for a while. one morning at breakfast we didn't get there until 8:48 am and there was little to no eggs left. We really only eat protein, fruit and veggies but even though it wasn't 9 food was scarce. Really would have liked to be able to do laundry but no services there. Also asked staff if there was somewhere around there to do laundry and her statement was to google it. we were looking for a recommendation. not much help.

Overall value of service was worth the money paid Bathroom shower fittings need to be fixed properly. Room was too clod at 61C, we had to turn off the A/C

Location was great! Rooms were clean! Staff was friendly and professional. Loved the pool table in the lobby!! Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, but nothing an extra towel couldn't fix!

Good location even though it seemed hard to find at first. Nice area to take doggie (not enclosed but still nice and close to entrance. Door slammed all day and night! We were by the exit and use a sound machine but it was rough … so hardly any sleep that night. Worst part was that I ask the front desk guy if it was a quiet spot. I deal with chronic migraines and sleep makes it so I can drive safely. Also, on the towels, we could visibly see HAND prints. They did smell all that clean either.
