Clean, centrally located, historic stay. Friendly staff and reasonably priced.

First time staying and it didn't disappoint. I appreciate Ms. Amber helping me out and definitely be back!

Parking was easy. Check in was slow. Then the fun started. The key wouldn't open the lock to the room. So they had the housekeeper let us in while a key was being made. Ac could not keep up in that room so we asked to swap to a different room. The room they moved us to was good except the tv was very confusing and we couldn't get it to turn on.

Bed uncomfy. Everything else was fine.

If you want to feel the charm of Mobile and be right downtown, this is a great place to stay. The Inn was a good value and we appreciated the free parking and the helpful staff. The king bed was comfortable, the room good sized and the bathroom quite large with a big closet. It was a quick and easy walk to many bars, restaurants and stores. We loved the inner courtyard with the all plants, the fountain and pleasant seating. This is a historic place and there are places where it is noticeable that things have been repaired over the years, but it is quaint, well maintained, clean, and very friendly.

Bed was really squeaky.

However the wifi went out after 10 minutes and would never reconnect. Also, several buttons on the remote didn't work. So if you're looking for convenience, go elsewhere.

Staff was excellent. Super cute. Felt very welcomed. Will be back.

Great overnight stay. No complaints. Close to everything downtown Mobile.

Everything seemed ok at check in. Key didnt work on the door so we had to get multiple keys . Then the ac didnt work and the room was humid and hot. The TV volume didnt work. We ended up leaving at 11pm out of discomfort. The "haunted hotel" theme was disappointing and the advertised bar was closed on a Friday night.

The broken elevator You’re better of staying in your car of staying here. DO NOT STAY THERE.

Mejor mantenimiento de las habitaciones.

Super cute hotel in the middle of the downtown area (I believe it was the historical downtown area). Great place to stay if you want to take in a walk to near by restaurants and park. We walked down to the park and there was a free concert going on, which was great. Found a near by restaurant with great food. I would recommend this place and would stay there again.

Cool place to stay in Mobile. Friendly staff

On the other hand, the staff was super nice, and the courtyard was a nice place to hang out and have a drink when we arrived around midnight. The room's A/C was good and the beds comfortable.

Very large, clean room. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Very interesting history behind the two townhomes that were connected to make this hotel. Wish there had been a fridge and microwave in the room. Bar was not open since the season had not started yet, although we stayed just days before Memorial Day weekend. Great location, very walkable and safe. Would certainly stay again.

The overall state was good. The place itself is a little bit old and dated, but that’s why I went there in the first place I kind of want it more of a personal homestyle feeling. I did have an issue with my first room, but the staff resolved it and move me to a different room and the other room was much better. My biggest complaint would be the TVs. They’re so small like 24 inch and something is wrong with the picture where the aspect ratio is even smaller than a 24 inch screen that is on. It’s almost equivalent to watching something bigger than an iPad. But that’s my biggest complaint.

Me and my husband loved it . It was old vintage cute style place . Not bad for the price .. close to everything. Definitely going back for a quick weekend getaway from work and kids;))
