Hampton Inn & Suites Mobile Providence Park/Airport

This Hampton Inn has a very good free breakfast selection, better than any other free breakfast hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff were nice when we encountered them but didn’t see them much. The main thing I saw with this hotel was the lack of being updated. The carpet, although appearing clean, looks like it was installed in 80’s. It really needs updating. My wife commented on how soft the carpet felt, but later I went out without shoes on and could feel the ripples, which means the carpet has been installed for a long time, has stretched out over time and never been re-stretched properly. When we initially checked in, I went to the guest men’s restroom down the hall from the office. When I tried to open the push door, I thought maybe it was occupied because the door was stuck. After pushing hard enough, the door opened. We then proceeded to our room on the 4th floor. We swiped the key on the door handle, the green light appeared and I tried to open the it. I pushed and it wouldn’t open. I tried again and it wouldn’t open. The 3rd time, I hit the door with my shoulder and it finally opened. There was nothing visible in the room to tell you about tv channels or anything else. I finally noticed a QR code on a sticker on a table top. It said scan for Hampton Inn Information. I scanned it with my phone and found a list of tv channels. I also found out they only clean the rooms every other day. There was also a leak in the hall ceiling downstairs. Likely won’t stay here again.

From the ride from and to airport was exactly . From the Walmart runs that was a 10/10 . The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly . My family first time being in Mobile , Alabama . The property it self was just beautiful . Décor and floor was gorgeous . We really enjoy our stay , due to the weather that kept my family and there for two extra days .

Perfect location. Breakfast was delicious. Free parking. Not as modern, clean & up to date. The water wouldn’t drain in the tub during showers.

Good location, nice wide and calm room. Very good breakfast. Staff at lobby kind. Poor service, room not cleaned up during 3 days, staff miss organized.

Everything was great for us

We did not even stay here!! The hotel cancelled our reservation April 20 with no canx fees and booking .com will not refund our money. I stayed there in April and property is wonderful. Booking.com has not been wonderful!

The staff. Carpet in the room looked disgusting. The comforters looked like they have never been replaced. Overall cleanliness was not to my standards.

Breakfast was awesome The fact that they were suppose to clean room after 2 days and they didn’t. We were there 3 days. We saw housekeepers outside our room and said they didn’t have to clean but to please give us more towels and empty trash, they didn’t. Very upsetting!

The property was nice and clean

Breakfast was fabulous with more variety than we expected. The young lady who was working the desk overnight was very personable and friendly. Also the room was extremely clean. We wished the room had a refrigerator and microwave.
