My partner and I selected this location based on other peoples high reviews for a very friendly staff, comfortable beds and good breakfast. The woman preparing the breakfast was the most friendly staff person I encountered. Everyone else was pretty mid level. I liked the price we paid for a clean place to stay. I was caught unaware that we had to pay $25 per night to park at the on-site parking lot, so that added $75 plus taxes and fees to the "reasonable rate" that drew us to the property. The bed was not comfortable and had a big slouch in the center of the King size bed we slept in for 3 nights. The pool is very small and if a few people are in there, it already looks crowded so while we planned to utilize the pool and hot tub, we did not because it was occupied. The breakfast offered chicken sausage patties, egg patties and a variety of bread, cereal and a waffle station which is way better than a typical "cold continental breakfast". But I wouldn't write home about this breakfast, it's "ok", so the reviews from other folks were a bit misleading in that regard.

I liked that it had nice spacious rooms. Also the rooftop bar is really nice and comfortable. The housekeeping staff especially the lady that worked the 200 floor was really nice. The garage or really small if you have a really big suv. And of you bring your pet its really no where from them to do business unless you take for a long walk. Also I did not like the older lady at the front desk. She seemed to be bothered with helping people find/ check in.

We’ve stayed here before and the breakfast was great. This time, not so much. There was still very good variety but the quality went way down. In particular, the biscuits were rock hard. Now, I know, most hotels don’t even have biscuits (and bacon!) for breakfast, but I just think if you’re going to go to all the effort, make sure they are edible. We will definitely stay here again. Family goes to the U for medical and this is a good place to stay. The room was fab as usual.

Nice big room, clean, good amenities. Only problem was the shower was small, VERY slippery where I actually slipped and hurt myself, no anti-slip in the tub. Needs a curved shower rod so the curtain is not sticking to you the whole time. Also the shower spout was loose and needed maintenance. Other than the shower, everything was very nice.
