Emery, Autograph Collection Hotel

Stayed here for one night for a staycation in the king suite. Was totally disappointed by our room - Hotels.com listed the room amenities and I chose this one because I really wanted to relax and take a bath etc. The description said the room had a separate shower and bathtub with robes. No bathtub and no robes. The room was sparse and so minimalist it look uninviting and truthfully, not a place you’d want to hang out in. The suite consisted of a separate living room space with literally nothing on the walls and NO windows - it was depressing. On a positive note - the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked and the room was quiet. The bar and restaurant were lovely. This was a special occasion night and I would not recommend going here for that kind of travel - it would be perfectly fine for business travel. With so many nice places to choose from in downtown Mpls, go somewhere else if you actually want to spend time in your room. Also want to mention that the valet parking was $58 for a Sunday night - just absolute insane to pay that much to park!

The room was comfortable and clean. The bar was nice and drinks were good.

The gym is clean and well stocked with equipment. Logan at the front desk was very helpful. Fantastic lobby.

We enjoyed our stay at the Emery. Location and staff were great. Our only issue was the tiny closet. We were in Minneapolis for a weekend event which included 4 different events. We couldn’t fit our clothes into the closet so had to lay them on the couch or keep some in the suitcase. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the Emery.

Conveniently located for my purposes. Walking distance to many places to eat and shop. The hotel had a certain mystery about it with it. Dark moodiness. Think old money meets subtle modernization & comfort. It has some really nice touches.

Clean room, quiet hallways, beautiful lobby. Dogs stay free. Loved it.

The parking information was TERRIBLE & the exit ticket didn't work twice; my husband was refused exit, walked all the way back to the hotel and was told "they couldn't do anything." He went back to the parking and expressed his frustration (loudly!) whereby the lady let him leave. We paid $105 for this "privilege" after one desk person told us he wouldn't charge us, but when we checked out the next person said we would be charged. I expected to be charged so that wasn't an issue, just a bit confusing. The parking personel were very unhelpful and we basically had to figure everything out ourselves. We were joined by 2 other people who were also frustrated. In addition, I requested a room with two beds and we were given a room with one bed. The only positive thing I can say is that we got clean towels every day. Very sad!

Great hotel for business travel, spyglass downstairs is a bonus. Will stay again

Everything was great. The only thing we couldn't find at first was the check-in the front desk. But the restaurant was amazing. The happy hour was great. The bar staff was incredible. The check-in even though they just hired a new guy, he'd only been there for 5 days. It was still an amazing experience. And they did it so well, it was so simple. The rooms were really great fun. They're not in my opinion. The typical hotel rooms they are actually functional useful. The showers incredible. I would recommend this hotel to anybody at any time

The Spyhouse Coffee House on the first floor is worth the stay. The restaurant bar was fantastic. The location is perfect for walking to the North Loop, Washington Ave., the theaters, US Bank Stadium - you name it!
