Sonesta is a nice place. The only thing is the parking fee/tax. Milpitas is not as crowded as San Francisco. It should be that parking is included in the amenities.

I have never experienced such a hostile and unprofessional attitude from a hotel in my life. I booked this hotel two months in advance for a World Cup game at Levi's Stadium, specifically because I needed an early check-in. Before booking, I called customer service to verify. They explicitly promised it would be accommodated, claimed they noted my reservation, and aggressively pushed their membership on me. Trusting their word, I booked. When I called a day before arrival to re-confirm, the nightmare began. The woman on the phone told me there was no note, demanded an unannounced $25 fee, and still refused to guarantee the check-in. When I explained that I only booked because of their prior promise, her attitude became ridiculous. She essentially called me a liar, mockingly stating that "nobody spoke to me," and condescendingly told me to just cancel through Expedia. They knew exactly what they were doing. They knew that a day before the World Cup, finding another hotel was impossible because everything else was fully booked or insanely expensive. They deliberately used my helpless situation as leverage, showing zero empathy, mocking my problem, and forcing me to accept their terms because they knew I was trapped. Instead of solving a problem they caused, they chose to laugh at my situation. They desperately need to teach their staff basic human decency. Absolutely NOT recommended!

The property is well kept outside Beautiful location but the room safe box is not working and the coffee maker too wasn’t working so we have to call and request replacement coffee maker and next day the safe box was fixed

you get a free drink for less than 12$, but u do need to pay a 75$ pet fee and an overnight parking fee. still! i loved this place! im definitely going to seek out more sonesta properties next time im out and about! even the keycards had astrological fun facts and on the bed was a cute bedtime journaling prompt.

This property has very comfortable beds and blackout curtains. The top floors are quite. This is my favorite hotel to stay at that's near San Jose.
