SpringHill Suites by Marriott Montgomery Prattville/Millbrook

Room was hot…nothing for breakfast. Not even bread for toast. Frozen milk couldn’t have cereal, broken waffle maker, no yogurt no fruit

Great stay, will stay again

I would like a credit to my account because the tv did not work and wasn’t fixed after being notified. I was told help was coming and didn’t show up to repair. I requested another room and was told none was available. I asked for printout of the bill and was told it was a new system and printer wasn’t working. I’m a Marriott Bonyoy member and is very disappointed.

Great place

The hotel is very well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good! They were out of toothbrushes and we forgot ours.. everything else was great! Beds were very comfortable!

Beds were comfortable Front desk girl was not very helpful when i questioned why my credit card was charged more than it should have been

There was poop in our room under the bed. I wish I was joking but unfortunately true. We have pictures. Also the sheet that covered the box spring was covered with crumbs and dead bugs. We did get a new room but when checked there was a makeup bag under the bed. The cleaning staff was rude rolling their eyes and saying the rooms weren’t that bad. Unfortunately in the new room the AC didn’t work properly so we were uncomfortable all night. Having already changed rooms we didn’t want to move a second time. The front desk staff was very nice though.

Breakfast was solid too, especially with kids!

Close to interstate

AC was great. Lighting in the room was rather dim. Lots of plugs for charging electronics.

They did not even go to the room to see if it was still there and look in the room for items that may have been found and returned to the desk. They just immediately said that they could not fine it at all. I was not impress with the facility or the staff.

I reserved one of the suites at SpringHill Suites a month in advance for 3 adults and 2 kids, and on my way to the airport I got an email from SpringHill that they transferred my reservation to their sister hotel around the corner (Tru by Hilton). I asked why and if I will have the same accommodation, they said they were fully booked and yes I will have the same accommodations. I got to the Tru hotel in Prattville around 10pm and had to wait for 20 minutes for a staff to see me to check in. They checks me in to a room with 2 queen beds that slept 4, completely ignoring that I asked for a room that sleeps 5. When I first brought it up, the staff acted like I was confused. After a bunch of back and forth and talking to the manager that was offsite, they eventually told us about a room that had air conditioning issues, which they ended up giving us so my whole family can sleep there. I found the mixup about our reservation ridiculous and unprofessional. The staff not being there to greet us was just out of line. They gave us a bag of chips and a bottle of water for our troubles. We left the next day at 8am. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A TRU HOTEL EVER AGAIN.

Disappointing

This hotel was absolutely great..The front staff was so nice, and gave great advice about things to do in the area..I love how the shopping stores & restaurants were so close to this hotel..The room was big and very comfortable..I will always stay here whenever I'm in prattville... I have nothing bad to say about this hotel..

I always enjoy my stay here. The hotel is very clean and they have a very friendly staff.

Nothing stood out that I would say I disliked.
