This was a good stay, close to the airport. A shittle would be nice as uber was surprisingly expensive for being so close.
-
It was a clean space and my room had a smoke smell however they had put a humidifier In The room so that helped a lot. The AC unit worked well, and bathroom was nicely updated and the water was hot. Convenient location to a shopping plaza and restaurants.

Stayed here a few times in the past and it’s become my go to spot to stay when I visit the Bay Area. The location is is conveniently located near montage transit center. There a couple well known restaurants without n walking distance too. I wanted to thank Anna for her hospitality and warm welcome the last couple times I’ve stayed at the Ryan. She’s explained to me the hotel amenities and how to get into the city from the BART station. Exceptional customer service, thanks Anna.

Staff was nice. Cute little lobby area very functional. Couple minute walk to Caltrain super convenient! Wine pour glass love

Clean, cute, and cozy. Calm and quiet area, the only complaint is if you plan on showing up late there may be no parking, due to the small limited parking lot.

The location is somehow peaceful. I thought it was convenient to walk around nearby restaurants but it actually takes to cross wide busy highway streets. I ended up just door dashing food rather than walk. They accept dogs but the place itself is not so dog friendly due to that fact there is no designated place to make them potty (what I meant is even a patch of lawn). I had to go out in the middle of the night to potty my dog by the side streets and I had a hard time coming back in the hotel despite of me ringing the bell multiple times, ended up I had to call and wake up my son had to open the door for me from the inside. The front desk was probably asleep. It was around 2am.

Great boutique hotel within walking distance to the Caltrain station. We’ve stayed at this property many times over the years and the rooms are consistently clean and staff is friendly. The latte/coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby is a nice treat after a chilly outing in the Bay Area.

That it had decent beds and free coffee I can’t write a novel here, but I would not pay more than 60-100$ a night for this. It’s WAY TOO OVERPRICED. Why would you charge this much. Had to stay here because it was my first time in city. Never staying here again.

Everything was fine. My husband has a hard time walking - he uses crutches - so it was a long walk to our room. Other than that, it was fine.

Exceptional

The Dylan was easy to get to with lots of food options nearby. The room was nice and the fountain was relaxing. I would stay there again

There's restaurants, a Starbucks, a CVS all within walking distance. I appreciated the metal water bottles in the rooms and reminders of conserve. It was a charming and very clean hotel, comfy bed.
-
The lobby had snacks, wine, beer and a few small places to relax. If you like something that's a little different and more personal, this is a great spot. Bed was comfy, room was super clean.
-
Very dated motel. Thought it was going to be a cute stay but wished we stayed somewhere else.
