Friendly staff, breakfast and clean rooms.

I was very pleased with my room at La Quinta. I arrived after 1:00am from the hospital. I was exhausted and in tremendous pain. The desk agent was very friendly, kind, helpful and professional. The Lobby was spotless. My room was a very pleasing, temperature was comfortable. Bed was very comfortable as well. Bathroom was spotless. The room very clean and maintained. Thank you

We love using this hotel before flights at SFO. The shuttle and parking are so convenient, the staff is super friendly, large rooms and the garden courtyard is beautiful! Oh and breakfast!!! Even if you have to take the shuttle at 4 am there’s a grab and go breakfast before the hot food.

The room was lovely, clean, and had everything I needed. The staff also were so helpful and friendly. The perfect place to stay before a flight!

The staff were wonderful and the hotel was near airport and decently priced, but was a older hotel (motel since doors outside?) And gaps in the door (daylight shown thru) but was what we needed for a very early flight. Their shuttle only runs every 45 min, so plan ahead.

All of the hotel staff, from the check-in to the check-out were helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and odorless. Hot breakfast was a pleasant and belly filling amenity. Rainfall shower was spectacular. There were eight pillows, if I remember correctly. However, all of them were the same firmness. Usually, multiple pillows mean they have different levels of firmness. The conditioner bottle was empty. The pillows and the conditioner were minor things. My stay, overall, was great. I will be willing to stay again at this hotel.

Did not like that the shuttle stopped running at night. My flight was delayed which made me arrive much later than expected & wasn’t happy having to pay a $40 uber ride for a 5minute trip. Hotel itself was fine - cleanliness is my main priority always & the room was very clean!

A very restful stay and fantastic breakfast! Comfy bed, very clean room, I was pleasantly surprised to find a full sized kitchen in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle met my expectations with a very friendly driver.

Location Odor from cleaning product was overwhelming. I had to change rooms. Second room also retained a strong sickening odor. Freezer was defective and made a loud buzz…staff changed my room. Footsteps from the floor above sounded like a herd of elephants. Loud noise from guests using the pool.
