Housekeeping staff could not come back at a later time that day to clean the room, that was disappointing. The internet was soooo sllloooowww. The lady with the colorful eyeglasses helping out with the breakfast food was very nice and pleasant (sorry I didn’t get her name). The front desk personnel were also friendly.

It was clean. It was probably the slowest elevator I have ever experienced. There was only one elevator, and the stairs were at the ends of very long hallways, so it was not convenient to take the stairs instead of the elevator. Also, the staff told me the wrong hours for breakfast at check-in. I checked in on Saturday, and out on Monday (2 nights). They told me breakfast was from 7-10. It turns out that breakfast runs until 10am on the weekends, but only until 9am during the week. There were no signs, no information in the room. If they had told us we could have come down at 8:30 instead of 9:30 on Monday. So after paying nearly $500 for our room and “included breakfasts”, we now had to find a breakfast place in the area and pay for that too! Very disappointing!

The place was clean, Check-in was seamless. My only suggestion is that they update the sofa and the mini refrigerator that does not get cold enough and has no freezer.

We enjoyed the breakfast, the room, cleanliness, the room was spacious... We had no hot water in the bathroom sink.

Couch was stained very dirty I would even sit on it within a sheet on it. Room smelled musty. Staff and breakfast were 5 star. But Marriot needs to update rooms.
