We did have an issue with the room we were originally stayed in. We didn’t see the mess right away( it was on the side of the bed on the box that there were some nasty stains(not from food or drink related) plus found an unused condom that was under the other bed. Front desk was able to give us another room immediately and gave us extra points for our next trip. New room was great

Summer LAX tournament in New Haven. This was a great option.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The children love the pool. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The bar downstairs was a nice amenity, we enjoy watching the game with other guest. Kid friendly and plenty of of activities for the kids to enjoy near by.

Morning front desk worker was very nice and helpful. We arrived at midnight almost the night before and the night front desk worker was unpleasant.
