Great on bottom floor main lobby but bathroom toilet didn’t flush and water linking rom ceiling in bathroom . Would like a refund Toilet and water thru the roof

Nothing hot water, elevator not working, and would not refund under those conditions… had to go to a different hotel for a hot shower
