We enjoyed our stay . The room was very comfortable and clean. We were happy for the toilette stuff in the bathroom. The breakfast was really good with a large variety, as well. We would recommend staying here for sure!

We've stayed twice here. First time was a few years ago and it was fine. This time we noticed the room was a bit worn out and needed some updating. King size bed had standard size pillows which were not very comfortable and too small for the bed. The window was very cloudy and dirty, the lamp shades were on upside down, and our TV remote and didn't work. Otherwise the room was roomy and fine. Breakfast was ok. Standard waffles and various items. They had scrambled eggs which was a plus. The staff was very nice. All in all its an ok plus to stay. Just needs some updating and renewing.

To say they couldn’t change it even though I called them 5 minutes later is a joke. Will never stay at a Hampton inn again. They are a scam and unhelpful

Breakfast, Hot tub, bathroom. Not a real issue but the hot tub could have been a little hotter, but that's probably just me. Exit from parking lot really steep. Just a little farther from Shipshewana than we prefer but not terrible.

Room was huge. Good selections for breakfast. Had an issue with the bathroom in the pool area. When notified, staff came quickly. Then tried to hand off the task to my sister. My sister refused saying that she doesn't work there. Staff seemed upset with her. Spoke to the day time manager about night staff.

When we stayed here, they lost power from 11 o’clock on a Thursday night and they did not get power until 630 Saturday morning. We booked this hotel partly because it had a continental breakfast. They offered nothing for the inconvenience. When asked if we could get some sort of discount, they kept saying it was an act of God. , they kept saying it was an act of God due to the weather. Although I understand that we had no power no breakfast no air conditioning. I guess I just would’ve thought that they would offer a little something for their guest, but they were not accommodating at all.

The difficulty the hotel had with booking 2 rooms through booking. Having to move from a handicap accessible room when we needed it bc the air conditioner did not work.

food was very good. The lady that was keeping things stocked and clean was very nice and keep everything very clean. we had to change rooms are last night because of a creepy Noice coming from be believe the wind coming thru the a/c unit.

The hotel had the wrong room in their system. The room they had was not large enough to accommodate our family. My receipt showed the correct room that I paid for. They refused to make it right. We were finally able to get a rollaway but it was horrible. The manager named Ivery refused to speak with us. I also called Hilton honors as they were the corporate contract. They also refused to help saying the error was at hotels.com. The front desk clerks said they were not able to replenish towels and toilet paper. Even though we were totally out and had 5 women who had to use Kleenex tissues until housekeeping could provide another roll.
