Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport by IHG

When I arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk informed me that they had canceled my reservation that morning.

Very clean and up to date

Elevator was broken the entire week. Amenities were good.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay

We checked in and checked out an hour later. Elevators weren’t working and the property didn’t appear well maintained.

Room was clean, staff friendly, easy parking and check in. Pool was nice. Breakfast food. Their restaurant is amazing! Well stay again!

Elevator was down for two visits

Second, they overbooked the hotel and were literally turning people away. (how does that even happen?) Do they not know what “reservation” means. Third, an entire traveling high school wrestling team was forced to wait in the lobby for hours before their rooms were ready because they did not have enough housekeeping staff. When the coach confronted the front desk about it the clerk became argumentative. Not what I expected from a Hilton. Please save yourself some misery and stay somewhere else. This hotel needs to go out of business immediately.

Staff was friendly! I am hoping they remodel soon ! This place is convenient for my visit to see grandkids!

To many to mention.

Throughout my visit, the elevator was out of service, which required me to carry my luggage to the third floor. Despite informing the front desk of my knee issues, they were unable to provide me with a room on the first floor. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned and had a strong odor of cigars. I also found that both the hand soap and body soap dispensers were empty. Due to these issues, I do not intend to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Elevator was out and I read it was a reoccurring this

All elevators were broken. Room was outdated and stair well smelled of pot.

And the downstairs area smelled old and carpet was very well stained.

The elevators were down. I was not notified until after I arrived. I have an injured knee and could not carry my bags up several flights of stairs. I canceled and had to go elsewhere using an inflated last minute rate.

The elevators weren't working, the pool was closed for maintenance, the restaurant was closed for maintenance, the wifi wasn't working and the TV was glitchy. Very disappointed in the quality of the hotel, especially for a Crowne Plaza.
