Took 3 trips to the desk to get a working remote for the TV. Place is run down and needs maintenance. Shower was good and room was clean. Won't be back

Con-This is an extended stay hotel. People live here. We were surrounded by residents, all who had pets. (Pet hair everywhere in community areas) Cars broken down in the lot. We were without water for 10ish hours due to a water line break that was the property’s responsibility. Unsecured entrances to the living areas meaning random people could just walk through the doors. People sleeping in the hallways. House keeping was horrible. I’ll never stay here again. Ever.

Nothing. We REFUSED TO STAY THERE. If there was a -100 score it would have been TOO GOOD for this Hotel. When we first got to the Hotel it was around midnight and there were people sitting in vehicles and running around the parking lot and in and out of the Hotel. We walked into the front desk and it stunk and was in need of lots of repairs. We checked in and went to the door to go up stairs. The outside door which was supposed to be locked wasn't. The stairs needed lots of repairs and when we got to the second floor the carpets were worn terribly and paint was peeling from the walls. It was very noisy with people that looked very SHADY going in and out of rooms. We went into our room and it was very dirty, it stunk so bad and when my wife pulled back the dirty comforter to check the bed, the mattress had BLOOD stains on it. My Daughter in law wouldn't even let the toddler down to walk. We immediately took our luggage back to the car and went back to the front desk and DEMANDED a refund which we were told the Manager would have to do it later that day when he came into work. We found a room across the street at Best Western which was a THOUSAND PERCENT BETTER. We later found out that Rehab and other Homeless programs used that Studio 6 to house people with drug addictions and people with other problems under certain circumstances. Booking.com needs to REMOVE This Hotel from their listing before a loyal patron has sever problems or WORSE.

Location Out dated, leak in the ceiling , having to pay a security deposit

Room was clean and tidy-- this is an old building we understand that so is priced accordingly....location is perfect and staff was great, explained everything and welcomed us as soon as we entered lobby

Location. Absolute health hazard to stay at this place. They let animals use the bathroom all over this entire building including hallways and rooms. The smell was so bad no matter which part of this building you went into and it was dreadful. When I spoke with the counter employee I was told I should have asked for a different room. I explained to him he should have put us in a clean room to begin with but unfortunately this whole hotel was a s*** show and had no clean rooms it was absolutely awful needs to be turned into the health department and booking.com should not tolerate them to be one of their listings. It is unacceptable that booking.com is even acknowledging them as a place to stay through this app.

The parking lot had several broken and abandoned vehicles. The person at the front desk tried to charge me an early check in fee when I was there right at check in time. The hallways more resembled a prison than a hotel. The hallways smelled like chemicals and cigarette smoke. The amenities were less than stellar. The toilet was broken upon going into my room and I had to fix the toilet flusher. There was used soap in the bathroom from the person before us. The towels were more like dish towels than bath towels. The pillows and bed were lined in plastic and extremely uncomfortable. The bed made so much noise with the littlest movements. The hvac unit was not clean and the room smelled like old body odor and cheap cologne. The sheets were stained. When we asked for more pillows and towels we were given one pillow and they said that’s all they had. They never came to clean the room or change out the sheets and towels. We heard the front desk person and the cleaning person bickering and arguing in from of our room late at night. I would definitely not recommend staying here. It’s easily one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

Location to event Run down. Dirty. We had to ask for more than 2 bath towels.... There were two of us. They gave us a hard time AND charged us for extra towels. Also i was told the $50 would be refunded - it was not !

The staff were great! Extremely nice and helpful! The sheets had burn holes in them. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper and that’s it. The tv remote was missing. The room key didn’t work half the time. The bed was horrible!! It was extremely uncomfortable and felt like it tilted down and felt like my feet were higher than my head. Also, the room was freezing!!!!

Them charging cor my young children

I did not stay at location due to pet dander in carpet allergies

One of the beds obviously had been used alot because the noise of every little movement was awful.. The second night a handful of kids were ru ning and screaming throughout the halls from the first to second floor back to the first floor.. That carried on and off for over an hour.. The bathroom floor underneath vanity had to bottle caps with dirt all around the floor obviously due to laziness of cleaners.. The toilet was loose from floor.

Still has not refunded me 25 dollar security deposit.
-
Room had no shower curtain, smelled like a dog that smoked, and had mysterious red paint spattered all over doors, light switches, etc as if it were a Halloween attraction.

The floors weren't sticky and front desk was pleasant if ineffective. The motel was in poor repair. We didn't have bath towels, only hand towels. Heat didn't work. Had to ask for extra blankets. Firedoor across the hall slammed loudly all night. Did not get quiet in halls until 4a.m. Was offered a second room the next night but a family of children ran the halls playing until 2a.m. even though management spoke to them. We forfeited our 3rd night prepay just to go elsewhere and get some sleep. The 3rd room they offered us had a broken beeping smoke alarm. Comfort suits were not much more but infinitely better, cleaner, nicer. This was just horrible. The front desk was apologetic and would have refunded our money, but we prepaid through booking.com for 3 nights. A real mistake. The pictures sort of show the conditions of the hotel: torn dirty carpeting, curtains partly unhooked or miss-hung, water stains, worn scratched paint, auto-door closers poorly adjusted, bed frames made a lot of noise, no cups. One room the microwave was missing. I had to crawl under the nightstand to plug in the lights. Just don't stay here.
