I really enjoy my stay here and the staff was very nice and even some of the guests were very entertaining.

Room - Toilet did not flush upon arrival, the toilet was “turned off”, maintenance had to come and fix it and that was my first 30/40 minutes. Maintenance was also very nice. The table lamp didn’t work, the shower had hair in it and the walls above/around the shower were DISGUSTINNNNGGG

Money wasted. We make a big error to stay there.

The stay was ok, at night it was quiet and the staff were helpful.

Great place to stay. Property is very clean and so are the rooms.Staff is friendly and helpful. I have been staying here for the last week and love it!

It was okay, nothing special. The blinds were missed up, the elevator was out of service but on the bright side they had a vending machine with good snacks and the staff was very kind .

The staff were nice and there was a cleaning guy that worked non stop to keep the facility nice and clean which was a bonus. The only thing that I did not lie was that because it was an extended stay. They did not issue new towels or rag

There was no hot water the entire stay. Management aware stated someone was coming to fix it.Did not wash my hair. Room was not ready as booked, changed the following day and there were little visitors, roaches(2). Kept the lights on.Just a bad experience this time. Requesting Expedia refund for 1/2 the charges.

The floor was sticky,no hot water,roaches ,wall was dirty, no appliances to cook with in room.

Filthy, roaches, rooms has smells, house keeping walks into your room without knocking, elevator sounds like it’s about to break or crash, had to change my 3 different times, dirty, twin beds pull ou couches, full beds when the ad states queen beds, roach bombs in the room.

Clean hotel well maintained

The only positive was the front desk employee, who was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. He handled our concerns promptly and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. We stayed because it was only one night, but I would not recommend this hotel.

There was no hot water to take a shower and we had to request for the remote control for the television
