Very welcoming, clean and close to stadium. Great location

We stayed here for a concert and got to the hotel at 3 PM. There was a long line for check-in and our room wasn’t ready. It ended up being a couple of hours before our room was ready and the concert started at 6:45, so we just had to get ready in the public bathroom and hallway of the hotel. We also waited in the long line for the front desk a few times because of this issue, and also because when they finally did give us our room keys, they didn’t work. The staff was all very friendly, and the receptionist even gave us an upgrade, which I think was that our room had a view of the pool. Our room and the hotel were clean, and they had security present. To me it’s just a basic hotel with proximity to the hard rock stadium, although it’s not a quick walk away. I will say that we were able to walk back from the concert safely because so many people were walking and we opted not to take the hotel shuttle which was $90 a person round-trip. If the room would’ve been ready earlier, overall this hotel iwoukd be a fine place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep and get ready.

Nice hotel.

Super convenient to stadium. $30 round trip shuttle is a great deal! Coldplay rocked!

Nice and quiet

The room was actually very nice, spacious and clean. The staff were very accommodating. Bed very comfortable. I would definitely recommend. Was there for a Coldplay concert.

Proximity to Hard Rock Stadium
-
Breakfast was very poor do not recommend, but for convenience it was solid and the shuttle to and from hard rock is worth it but place does need facelift

Great location near Hard Rock Stadium!
-
Great service, location and shuttle service at an extra cost for stadium events which is a big plus for me.

We stayed here for the proximity to the stadium and shuttle option for the Coldplay concert. Everything was fantastic! I would definitely book a room here again in the future!

Convenient if your room is ready. Waited in along check in line; finally got to the counter to be told our room was still not ready 1.5 hours after after check in. The staff was very rude. We asked to be compensated in other perks. He refused to get the manager for us. Told us to step out of the line and wait or he’d call security or we could not have our room. Customer service doesn’t exists anymore. Beyond rude. Room was on main floor outside the bar area. It was quiet. It had a little fan in the room. Pool area was just ok. Beds were ok. The comforter was as thick as the sheet. Overall close to the concert but wouldn’t stay again. Rude staff. People in waiting area had all agreed they had been waiting a long time as well.

The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast was typical of an any mid grade hotel. You could see various wear and tear, for example on the edge of doors. Beds are very comfortable. Make sure you get a room away from the highway. The view of the stadium, which I thought would be very close is actually quite a distance away. Location was a little bit to be desired. It wasn’t located near any restaurants. And the restaurant within the hotel was perhaps average at best. We used Uber a lot and this seemed to work well. One tip, I do not recommend the shuttle service to and from events at the stadium. Getting there to the stadium was easy getting back was a nightmare. Many people got lost because of very poor directions and many of them had to walk home instead of taking the shuttle, which was at least a 25 minute walk. It was very pricey for that type of hotel but we were there for an event, a Coldplay concert. There was no central air conditioning, but instead had window type units. The typical floor units used in some lower grade hotels. But it was still adequate.

Rooms clean, staff is great. Rooms need to be updated. We stayed for 1 night to attend a concert. Overall it suited our needs but could definitely use a newer renovation

The breakfast was fabulous. It said it was a continental breakfast but it was so much more
