Very convenient to Miami port!
-
Great staff
-
The hotel was not very clean. Thank God we only stayed one night. The staff at night was rude and off putting. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the port.

Gym equipment was damaged and small. Pool was small

Good

The exterior doesn’t look like a hotel, but once you step inside it’s great. We walked to CVS in bayside and 7-11 if you like walks. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk one way.
-
Toilet didn’t flush right, no tv remote, musty, needs renovation carpet stains all throughout lobby, and room

Bkft was good. Staff was very helpful!!

Good

Also our room was not available until very late in the day due to a lack of housekeeping staff. To be fair it was FIFA weekend and the place was packed!

Arrived early and was told they would call us when our rooms were ready. Later when we noticed large crowds checking in, we went back yo the desk. Because they didn’t call us, all six of our rooms were mot ready. The people who arrived after us but checked in before us got most of the available rooms. Restaurant supposed to open at 3pm, so husband went to get a beer while we wait. Was told to come back since they were not set up yet, it was after 3. The absolute worst part was having one elevator because one was inoperable. Extremely long wait for the one elevator and no stairs except emergency stairs which led out to a back alley. My granddaughter and I carried luggage down 5 flights of stairs, walked around to the front of the hotel to re-enter. All guests were upset and grumbling. This hotel is not Marriott quality. Also, 4 rooms were supposed to be Doubles and they were not. And one room had a pungent chemical smell. Never again…..

Staff was amazing and the breakfast was fresh and good

Location
-
We were going on a cruise out if the Miami port. This location worked well. The complimentary breakfast was very good.
-
Room was booked for 3 but the fold down bed wasn’t made up or any linen/pillows available for our 3rd member! Windows on the outside were extremely dirty and not very welcoming and visibility was impaired. Breakfast was good. We had a credit for $23 from hotel which we couldn’t spend as restaurant had limited opening hours.
-
This hotel is old, poorly maintained and in a less than desirable part of town. There is no place to walk to. They do provide shuttle service to nearby hospitals and drop-off to restaurants in the evenings. No return service in evenings.

Helped get through a rough medical reason for being in Miami.
-
Clean room bathrooms are clean. Good selection of breakfast . Staffs are helpful. We ate out dinner at the bar/restaturant since we have good credit. Good prices is not bad. We only stayed for a night . We might come back .

Parking is terrible and cost $30 per night
-
Close to the event I was attending.
