Location and staff are great

Very clean and neat and the desk clerk was very nice

The hotel now charges $7 per day for parking, which was disappointing. We also tried the breakfast buffet, but at $16.99 per person, it wasn’t worth the price. The potatoes were dry, the bacon was paper-thin, and the cinnamon rolls didn’t even have icing. For nearly $17 a person, I expected much better quality and selection. The room itself felt worn and in need of attention. There was a musty smell when we entered, and the carpet looked old, dusty, and dingy. The bathtub could definitely use an upgrade as well. Even the bathroom layout was inconvenient. The toilet paper holder is attached to the bottom of the sink while the toilet sits beside the tub, making it awkward to reach when you need it. Another issue was the air conditioner. While it kept the room cool, it was incredibly loud and would constantly cycle on and off throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The hotel had signs posted about ongoing renovations, including hallway carpet replacement and door lock upgrades. Based on the condition of our room, I hope room renovations are next. We also experienced problems with our key cards repeatedly stopping working. Treatment by staff and their attitudes they were not trying to be accommodating with my booking for someone who had booked in advance seems like that I was given the room from hell it had all kinds and of problems.

The beds were nasty, floors dirty, not what I’d ever expect.

There is only one guy on weekends at the front desk. He's so rude with guests!

Very helpful and friendly staff

Cleaning and breakfast. I requested a crib reservation in advance; however, when I arrived at the hotel, I found that it had not been installed in the room. After contacting the front desk again, I was informed that there were no more cribs available for installation. This situation significantly affected our night, as we had to sleep with the baby between us to prevent her from falling off the bed.
