I was very disappointed in the hotel this time but all of the reasons return to a lethargic and untrained staff. Fecal matter in the spa which the front desk did not address, very gross was the icing on the cake.

My family and I we really love this placed , this is our second time here , the room is cleaned the staff is so friendly and kind the pool is amazing and quiet, definitely we will back again .

Staff was so pleasant even when I was have a bad day they turned my day around. Only thing I didn’t like was looking out the window to see the top of the building so I kept the curtain closed
