Only spent 1 night. The staff answered questions when we asked. It was cool.

Chech in was easy and the staff was courteous and helpful when asked questions. The airport shuttle was available and punctual. Definitely will stay again.

It was decent for a one night stay before flying out from Miami the next day. The rooms looked like they were recently upgraded but the common spaces and the elevators still looked really rough like “what did we do picking this place? But once in the room it was ok. The bathrooms are so small and there’s sort of a damp musty smell but overall it was ok. The bed was comfortable.

Last minute reservation. Worth the cost. Breakfast eggs just okay. Nothing special but everything else really good. Room was clean but ac carpet area was wet so just be mindful of that. I did appreciate that they took me to the car rental as part of the amenities. Definitely great to know that. Just a schedule it with them. Close to walking distance of convenient stores and restaurants. Would stay again.

Great place to stay, very clean and welcoming with an amazing staff, special kudos to Mildred and Ruth (front desk) for their warm welcoming and all their help during my stay, they were really caring and went the extra mil to be helpful many times, Thank You!

A good value hotel.

Location to the airport was great.. not happy I got fleeced by a cab driver but what can you do.. was charged $40 by a blue cab which was recommended to be by the hotel. The gent that welcomed me at reception was so friendly and helpful, the staff the following morning for breakfast were brilliant, the food for breakfast was superb and being able to use the shuttle service back to the airport the following morning was brilliant The room was ok for one night, but it was dated and the bathtub was not very clean, there were rust marks along the tub from the overflow and there was used tissue paper stuck into the toilet paper which I thought was gross.. so I didn’t have a shower even though I needed and wanted one but for one night it was ok

Convenient location. Enjoyed the indoor pool. The gym was small. The shuttle was the highlight. It arrived a few minutes after I contacted the hotel. And took me back to the airport right at the requested time.

The property is clean and offers good value for money. If you are looking for a 4-5 star experience, choose another hotel. The staff was kind and generally helpful.
