This place is nice and clean. However, it’s a long walk to the beach through busy streets in Miami heat. There’s not much else to do immediately around the hotel. They charge an additional “resort fee” . But the beach umbrellas are not included so I felt duped. I had never been to a beach hotel that charged extra for umbrellas on top of a resort fee. And there’s nothing to eat or drink in that area of the beach. Although everything was mostly fine I wouldn’t stay there again.

Room was the perfect size for my trip and super clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. Amenities were definitely used, and loved the cafe connected to the lobby. Got 10% discount there. Overall loved it!!

The location was good Advertised as balcony room, but it was that small you could barely stand on it and the door to get to the balcony was so difficult to open. Then when you got out facing a wall. Room was next to lift, so woken up by noise all night. Room was clean, but rest of hotel felt grubby, sane wet towels left at pool deck for whole stay. Nobody on reception when arriving as both took break together. There was a water jug at reception but always empty.

My stay at Upsun Hotel with my family was wonderful. We loved it. They allowed us to do an early check-in, and the room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. We also really appreciated being able to control the air conditioning ourselves, especially with Miami’s warm temperatures. Ro and everyone at the front desk were extremely friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel. The location was excellent, close to the free trolley service and the beach. The room could use better lighting

Nothing is unique about this place the fact that they don’t even have a microwave in the entire place is crazy

Location and the image it portrayed on line Bar was being built when we arrived. Welcome was by the side of a parking lot. Seemed all very temporary. I can see what you tried To do but not sure it was well executed.

It was close proximity to beach, stores, restaurants, and provide bikes and beach chair rentals. They also had a cute French breakfast restaurant right downstairs. Lastly, who can go wrong with champagne upon arrival.

parking was provided at $40 per night. Stayed at the publix supermarket nearby for $20. property was clean friendly staff. centrally located with walk to the beach
