President Hotel

Room was clean staff was wonderful.

The hotel is in a good area; there is an alley that provides easy access to the beach, and many restaurants are nearby. They charge $37 a day for parking and a fee $ that covers breakfast.

In addition to the nightly rates, we paid $35 additional per person per night for the rooftop pool at the next building, for housekeeping, and for breakfast, but the pool was so small and always full, the housekeeping would only come if requested, and breakfast was not that good and there were not enough tables and chairs for the number of guests.

Breakfast was good. Welcome drinks are always a PLUS. Rooftop pools is medium size but does not allow alcohol. My wife and I like this hotel.

Pool was really nice. Great location. The only drawback we had was they charge $10/chair to use a beach chairs. Felt that should be included for guests.

Henry made everything easy from checking in to daily questions on what to do in Miami, to checking out and getting to the airport. He was fantastic.

Small rooms but well kept.

Very nice hotel and the location is perfect! The only reason I have 4 stars for staff is because most speak Spanish but if you go to the front desk someone there always speaks English. But everyone was as helpful as they could be! You can't beat the location and price. The pool was great and the free breakfast is a plus and decent food! I'd definitely stay again!

Great hotel in South Beach. In the heart of the prime South Beach strip. Awesome breakfast and free drinks each evening!

The room was nice, the bed softn cozy, there was a safe, ironing board, a fridge, the breakfast was superb in taste , staff very cordial, the corridor was very fragrant. Reception was very accomodating and supportive. Happy hour was most enjoyed, the location to south beach was ideal (a stones throw away). The pool was located next door and was nice. I truly had a wonderful time there would definitely return.

Try to add More options for breakfast

The free breakfast is fine and the welcome drink was very much appreciated. Nice friendly staff, from the reception, bar staff and the breakfast staff. Nice quiet rooms only a 3 minute walk to the front of South Beach. The only gripe is that the rooms look clean on the first impression, but on closer inspection the floor was dirty as my bare feet slowly turned black and hairs in the shower!
